the staff was very friendly and the cleanest in all the hotel was exellent and the location of the hotel is very good just i want them to change the breakfast .i stayed in the hotel 3 times the last year and the breakfast was the same during the year |

Value for money: It was good value for money especially as the price included Breakfast: Location: please avoid staying in this hotel/location. This is a very dodgy location of Athens. The walk from the Ommonia station to the hotel is lined with shady people loitering around. In the evening the place is full of druggies of all sorts. Not just basic stuff that is smoked but we also saw some people using intra-venous stuff. |

Persons at the reception were very friendly and helpfull. The room was very compact.There was no coffee/tea making facility in the room, however there was free cofee,tea and orange juice for the hotel guests at the loby.Noise from the corridor can be heard clearly in the room. |

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It offers good value for money in the winter months and is convenient to the city centre. The staff are very helpful. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful in giving directions to various places that I wanted to visit and also information on how to get to the airport. Yes it is such a shame a lovely hotel with such a bad area round about it - did not go out at night as did not feel safe - there were so many drug addicts round about and also dealers hanging around outside the hotel - it really put you off - such a shame for such a nice hotel - would not come back for these reasons |

Location close to the metro was convenient. Coolege students booked two of three nights we stayed and made awful lot of noise moving furniture in the room and talking real loud past midnight |

Cabbage and Pickles for breakfast. The hairdryer required 2 people to use it. The bed was very short. And not very wide. I had to make my girlfriend sleep on the floor. |

good location- Omonia metro station is within 2 minutes walk, you can also reach Syntagma and Monastiaki by foot easily. "Real" bathtube (not like in most other cheap hotels in Greece) Breakfast is a shame for a hotel of the Best Western chain |

The Hotel staff were extremely helpful by providing sound advice in relation to places to visit and directions to get there. On the morning we arrived, the receptionist worked extremely hard to book in a group of 20 persons in early, while at the same time attending to those who were departing. The hotel is excellent. While not it's fault, it is located opposite a park which appears to be used by local youth as a place to exchange drugs, use drugs and tout for prostitution. The area appears well policed, but Guests need to be careful if venturing out after dark. |

Location: 5-10 minute walk from the Omonia Metro Station. It does its job for the budget price we paid for it. We spent one night here because we had an early ferry to Mykonos the next day. The bed was clean. The shower was clean. The elevator is really small and can only fit 2 people with 2 luggages. Although they offered breakfast with the price I got it for, I could not take advantage of it because the breakfast started at 7:30 am. Our ferry was at 7:30 so I made sure we left to catch the metro and left hotel around 6:20 am. The room temperature was also a bit warm and the ac did not have temperature adjustment controls. Since the power to the room is activated by putting in your room key, whenever you leave the room, the ac also shuts off. =I We were here in mid-September so the temperature wasn't so bad but I'm not sure how it is in the heat of the summer. |

The room's floor was very dirty, as well as the bath tube tent, breakfast is by far the worst I had during my travel in Greece, and the hotel isn't very near to Athens' nicest area (Monastiraki, Plaka, Acropolis) |
