I loved the very helpful staff and also the cleanliness of my room. I didn't like that the hotel did not offer room service and the breakfast in the morning didn't offer many choices.

All in all quite a good hotel. Relatively quiet considering location. Didn't like my original room (lack of balcony) and they moved me to another room without hesitation or problem. The road it is located on is the very last street of a notorious area 'Omonia'. By day it is fine, by night it can be daunting of you are alone (and I'm a 6.3 man who's stayed in much worse cities than Athens). Try and get d e or f rooms as these balcony ones and try and get a floors 4 or above as these rooms get sunlight most of the day. Lots of homeless and drunks occupy the main square near the hotel. Breakfast a little basic but it sufficed. Internet signal in my room seldom worked as it was so weak. One of the bottles of water in the fridge had been opened and refilled by the previous occupant and left there for me to drink - uuch - it was only 90cents for goodness sake! All in a good, small hotel within easy reach of the main shopping and historical areas by foot and metro

Although in a rough part of Athens, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had a smashing view from our room and staff were very helpful and friendly - as is usually the case in Greece!!

Friendly and accomodating staff, good rooms, very good value for money It's a bit of a pity - the hotel staff does everything to keep quality up, but the hotel is located in a neighborhood full of homeless people, beggars and other less desirable persons. Although I didn't feel unsafe, this is simply unpleasant.

Convenient location within easy walking distance of Plaka & Monastiraki. Breakfast was a bit uninspiring. The immediate surroundings may not be the safest area to walk around late at night.

We only stayed 1 night but we were immediately impressed with the Hotel. Our room was huge and well equipped and we instantly really liked it. The Hotel itself is fantastic. I didn't like the area very much. Although it's location is handy as its close to the metro to get you easily to all the things you need to see in Athens, it seems all the peasants of society hang out in this area which makes it feel a bit dodgy.

Locatee near Omonia Square, it was convenient, although in an area that becomes seedy at night. The room was adequate, the beds reasonably comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Well located as far as convenience, but in an area that was seedy.

Staff was helpful; It was close to the subway system and within a 20 minute walk of the tourist area to the north of the Acropolis It wasn't a safe part of town and most people wouldn't feel comfortable strolling around the area at night. However, it wasn't bad if your plan was just to go to and from the metro.

Excellent hotel and staff. The breakfast is quite rich serving also fresh orange juice for free where in 5***** hotels you have to pay it 7 - 8 euros. The location is very good and close to metro. No problem with the area as I have written in previous reviews . It is very safe and seems cleaned up while there is distinctive police precence for preventive measures only. I definitely reccomend it.

The staff were very helpful; the cleaning lady was so good that I couldn't help appreciating her when I saw that she folded the night gawns and put them on the beds neatly. We send many thanks to them from Turkey. The car park "Silk Oil" was very close and the workers there were very helpful and friendly as well.

This is a very well, organized and quest focused hotel. The front staff is EXCELLENT...they go out of their way to get you tram and bus schedules, directions and advice. Particulary Kostas was a person who helped me really enjoy my time there. You are offered orange juice and free use of the internet which is very helpful and convenient. The location of the hotel is also good and I think that in a very expensive city of Athens that the value what you received for your money is also excellent. The next time I visit Athens I will be happy to stay here again. I definitely would recommend this hotel to other travelers. I didn't see anything negative.
