The staff was very nice, very helpful and friendly. i also like the free internet wireless.. the locations, the surrounding was a drug dealing area for Heroin...so it was very scary to walk back to the hotel at night |

It is in the center of Athens, very close to Omonia metro station. The Internet was working fine, as well the air conditioning too. The bathroom is a little bit small, just a two international TV channels. The streets around the hotel are full with people who do not seems to be locals (immigrants of all kind selling everything), and they (the streets) are very dirty. |

The hotel staff were very kindly and helpful. The hotel is located 5-10 min walking form Athens historical centre - Acropole. I didn't like only one thing - there wasn't hairdryer in the hotel's room. |

It was situated downtown, giving me a taste of the real Athens, not the touristy one. However, it was within walking distance of the tourist areas like the museum and the flea market. First impressions do count. The lobby can benefit from a makeover to match the rest of the hotel. A caveat: Be very, very vigilant about your wallets and purses. I lost mine 15 minutes after stepping out of our tour bus. |

After finding the hotel the first time, it's within walkable distance from Omonia Metro Station and hence makes it easier to get around Athens. Free Internet connection in rooms is a plus; I didn't try it but instead used the hotel PCs - they were not the fastest connections but got the job done. This is not about the hotel but more about the location of the hotel. Although it is near Omonia station, the surrounding area is not very safe at night. Even by day a walk to the station feels dodgy at first. There seem to be more illegals in the area and I have seen police officers interview suspicious looking characters. |

A clean hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms at the last floor are small but it seems that is specific for Greece The surrounding area is full of emigrants from Albania, Georgia and Pakistan and looks dangerous especialy in the evening and night.Because of this emigrants ,i think, it is also very dirty and the smell on the streets is horible. |

The hotel itself it is nothing special, but the area around it seemed dangerous, and not nice for families with small children or women alone. Improve breakfast. |

The price , location near archeological sites , the staff, free wifi internet The people around Omonia sq. ! I recommend you to get a hotel near Syntagma or Monastiraki sq. they are as close to important sites as Omonia sq. but with less homelss people and drug dealesr ! |

The mans from the reception were kind, they gave me information what I needed. I liked your specific fig jam from the breakfast. The breakfast was very poor. It happened two times to be problems with electricity, so the air condition didn't work... |

I liked this hotel for being clean, good staff, location for me was good, I knew the area from before so the people that you would see there did not surprise me and I did not feel threaten in any way walking to and from hotel in any time of the day, I asked for quiet room and yes I was looking at the wall but I was not there for the view, when I wanted to see something I ventured in the city. Maybe I would like rooms and the bathrooms to be on a larger side, but hey it is an European hotel room, so it was ok. |

Very friendly staff at front desk. There was free internet in the lobby. The breakfast was included, although "buffett" was a bit of an exaggeration. The area was very sketchy. It was not the kind of place that many people would feel comfortable walking around alone at night. I do not recommend staying in the Omonia area at all. There are much nicer areas in Athens, that feel much safer, and have much more to do. It is also quite difficult to find the hotel. |

The hotel staff were great and very helpfull. The Area the hotel was in.The small shower.lack of refreshments available after breakfast, wanted a coffee after long day walking round the city but unavailable. The double rooms were exactly the same as a twin room except the beds were pushed together with a six inch gap in the middle. |

The hotel personell were very kind and helpful; room was very clean. All in all the hotel/room and the price correspond to each other accordingly. Better t.v.'s in the room with more English channels. |

Combining a luxurious interior, modern design and Greek hospitality, Areos Hotel is a beautiful new boutique establishment, situated next to the popular Areos Park in Athens. |
This impressive 4* hotel, recently renovated in 2008, is situated in the heart of Athens, near Syntagma Square and Omonoia Square, in one of the most central spots of the town, with the major sights... |
We are a delightful, centrally located hotel with 50 rooms, 150 meters from Omonia Square, with central heating, bar and breakfast lounge. All rooms have private facilities. |
Residing 300 metres from Omonia Square, this ultramodern hotel is in the heart of Athens next to the most important archaeological sites and cultural attractions. |
