Very quiet. Near many landmarks, walking distance. Staff very polite and effective. Were not ready with a proper room to accomodate our two kids even though this info was clearly includedin the booking comments. Charged extra for late checkout although our check-in was very late.

Excellent location of the hotel - 5 minutes walking to the great beach (in 2 directions), 7 minutes walking to the Old Town, location is in the centre, but it's relatively quiet and not many croudy places right next to the hotel. The biggest positive surprise was the restaurant and the food there - just exclusive!!! We booked the second part of the vacation in another hotel, but couple of times went back to Best Western Plaza Hotel to have the dinner! Room could be a bit more "fresh" and comfortable, but nothing critical.

Excellent staff, very helpful and very keen to let us have an early check-in. Everything was great (keeping in mind that it is a hotel built in the sixties) and the only thing I would fix would be the noisy ventilation/heating system.

Central location was excellent. The staff were really helpful, the word faultless springs to mind, especially the receptionists and bar staff. The breakfast was excellent, Someone says on here the best they had in Europe and I would not disagree with that one bit. We found the rooms excellent, clean, relatively spacious for what is a city central hotel. Parking is a problem, but you are in the middle of Rhodes town so what else would you expect! I forgot to book for longer. Damm, but that is my fault

Georgia, on the front desk, was very pleasant and helpful . She went out of her way to ensure that all our questions were answered, provided guidance for car rental, provided information about customs in Rhodes ( eg. Tipping procedures, restaurants) and helped make our stay in Rhodes less worrisome and more comfortable. Free wi-fi did not work in our corner room. Filtered coffee should be provided as part of the buffet table as the waiter on duty did not come around that often, if at all.

Its location is excellent , next to all the stores! I found very useful the wi-fi in all rooms , something that contributed to my choise for this hotel! Clean and comfortable rooms! Big difference to the prices between the hotel and the booking! Thanks booking for your offer, I saved 70 euros!

The placement near the sea and the old cit , the comfort in the room, the wonderful treatment and helpfulness of the hotel people and especially the front desk. We ate one dinner at the hotel restaurant, and they need another Chef if they want people to come back again

The hotel was very central for our needs....good quality rooms ( with small sea view), clean, very helpful personel. Good value for the money ( 22 euro for a very good room is really good). If we travel to the city again we will certainly book at your hotel....hopefully there will be other times when you have reason able prices. We would appreciate mail about special offers. It was near to the old city. (κοντά στη παλιά πόλη) The bathroom was too small, the carpet in the room was dirty, it does not have good sound insulation so we can listen to conversations from the next room (μικρό μπάνιο, βρώμικη μοκέτα στο δωμάτιο, καθόλου καλη ηχομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να σκούμε τις συζητήσεις των διπλανων δωματίων)
