We loved that it was an American style hotel. Most European hotels are not up to American standards regardless of the price. The staff was more than friendly and helpful. We loved the bar in the lobby. It was nice to relax and have a drink after a long day of sight-seeing. |

This is a nice 3-Star Superior (almost 4*) non-luxury, value for money city hotel. Centrally located, with spacious rooms, nice room furnishing, bathrooms with bathtub. Late check out is also possible. Towels were overused and not clean enough, room carpet was dated. Rooms offer views to nearby buildings, hotel building (exterior) looks very common, the nice pool is fitted into a small courtyard surrounded by buildings. Overall though, considering the quality/rate ratio, Plaza Hotel is a good choice for staying in downtown Rhodes. |

Good bedroom.Good selection for breakfast and very easy dining facilities - no hassle with buffet arrangement. Very good central situation Bathroom small. No tea/coffee making facility |

Access to city centre, spacious room. Poor cleanliness, no Sunday afternoon cleaning service (miss breakfast, do your own sheets), no hoovering in room, cramped WC, no a/c in commune spaces, personnel not rude but unpleasant, checkout clerk pocketed mini bar consumption charges (he refused to issue a receipt). All in, certainly not Best Western standards. |

The location was really great. Both of the beaches and the old town was within walking distance. The staff was warm,kind and helpful. The brakfast was quite standard. I highly recommend the buffet dinner. For a short stay taking the half board offer could be a good idea. |

Very good location and breakfast It isn't 4 star hotel. Our room was in the 1st floor and we didn't have a balcony, just a window! There were a lot of noise from outside. |

Breakfast was good, but it was according to what I paid for the room. The receptionists were indiffirent, almost ignoring us all the time (and not only us). For example, we arrived on time, our room wasnt ready and they asked us to wait. When the room was ready no one bothered to tell us. On departure, we asked for a taxi, they said ok, but did not call the taxi until 15 minutes later when we complained that the taxi had not come. |

Excellent location, within walking distance to the beach, nightlife and old town. Breakfast was superb with fresh OJ, waffles, omelets, and crepes! Staff was very nice and helpful. We loved our stay! |

close to the old town of Rhodes, also close to the beach. a/c in rooms, but didn't work very well. adjusted for 10°C, but also next morning it was about 25 and humid. |

The room I was given was the worst I have ever encountered in a hotel at any time anywhere! If you enjoy a view of a stone wall just a few feet from the window and plywood 1960´s furniture with a "balcony" the size of a window ledge then this is the place for you. Appalling! |
