Bay’s Complex is found in the center of Spetses, a short walk from the resort center and the historic harbor. This small property has 20 guest rooms, all of which have private bathrooms. Rooms are simply decorated, but offer quality for affordable rates. Most of the rooms have views of the sea and the countryside from their hillside position. Breakfast is included in your room rate and is served buffet style in the breakfast area by the pool. There is also a snack and pool bar next to the freshwater swimming pool. Bay’s Complex is a short walk from the many tavernas, shops and popular nightspots of Spetses. Hotel Rooms: 20

It's a hotel that's quiet, clean and provides good value for money. I expected the location to be easier to fin, but I had to use the GPS on my iPhone to find the hotel every time. I also found it frustrating that the hotel page at the time mentioned that they offer WiFi in the entire hotel, however the WiFi coverage was inadequate as it only works in the reception/breakfast area.

The person at the front desk Vasilis is very friendly. In the internet the route to come to the hotel should be clearly written. For example, from airport come straight to Kifisi by metro and then take bus 508 or 509 to the hotel.

Although the owner did not speak very much english she was very very good at helping us and sorting out what we needed, ordering taxis etc. The location of the hotel was not great. It was very confusing to find and we had to get taxis as we could not find it ourselves. So it cost us quite a lot in taxis etc to get to the beach and do anything.

η κυρία που έχει τα δωμάτια είναι εντελώς εριστική και πραγματικά καθόλου εξυπηρετική ( μίλαγε ειρωνικά και εμπαθέστατα σε όλους ) επίσεις το σάββατο δεν είχε ζεστό νερό απο τις 17:00 - 23:00 για να κάνουμε μπάνιο μετά τη θάλασσα και όταν της είπαμε οτι είμαστε με τα αλάτια αν θα αργήσει το νερο, η απάντηση της (ειρωνικά) ήταν "καθήστε με το αλάτι κάνει καλό" επίσεις τα κρεβάτια τρίζουν... αποφύγετέ το

ένα extra κρεβάτι που ζητήσαμε ήταν πτυσσόμενο, αλλά με κανονικό για την κατηγορία του στρώμα (σε αντίθεση με το στρώμα του ανοιγόμενου καναπέ, που προσφέρεται σαν κανονικό τρίτο κρεβάτι). απλά, απαραδεκτο για 90 ευρώ το τρίκλινο!!! απόλυτος ερασιτεχνισμός, στη λογική του "με ενδιαφέρει μονο να στα παρω χωρίς να ξοδέψω", προσφέροντας τις ελάχιστες επιβαλλόμενες από το νόμο παροχές, όλες σε άθλια μορφή: το τρίτο κρεβάτι είναι ανοιγόμενος καναπές με υποτυπώδες στρώμα, σκληρό, άβολο ακόμα και για παιδί 8 ετών - το προσωπικό είναι ερασιτέχνες υπάλληλοι άσχετοι με τα τουριστικά - εξαιρετικά φτωχό πρωϊνό, που εξυπηρετεί μόνο στο να ανεβάζει την τιμή του δωματίου - κακοψημένα snack/γεύματα (που κάνουν... χρόνια να έρθουν) με απαράδεκτα υλικά (κατεψυγμένα, έστω, αλλά χείριστης ποιότητας - godzilla!). αιωνεσ πισω σε όλα! τα 90 ευρώ δεν είναι απλά πολλά, είναι θρασοσ γι' αυτά που προσφέρει!!!
