the kind owners were so helpfull with the transportation to the bus stop, offered breakfast at bed with no extra cost

Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was medium size but the view was great. Breakfast was enought for 2 persons.

The hotel is ran by family. The manager speaks good english and very helpful. The hotel is located near restaurants, shops. There is a parking inside of the hotel with lift to lobby.There is also a gas station and garage not far.The rooms are clear, with fridge,bathroom, wifi.There was a balcony with view in our room. The price is reasonable

An excellent blend of modernism and the grandmother's house. We felt great here. Basement parking was a bless in the scorching days of July/August. We have much appreciated the emphasize on the local traditions.

The room windows were next to the chimney.. some smoke did enter the room, when cooking. Bathroom could use a little .. touchup.

A hotel with a lovely traditional atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and helpful, the attic rooms had lovely views of the town and the area with a wonderful little balcony to enjoy them from. They serve a good breakfast in the morning.

The entry and exit from the underground parking is a bit steep.

We were traveling to the resort on Ionian Sea, and stayed one night in Metsovo, so we chose Bitouni. The hotel is easy to reach by car and has its own parking/garage. It is run by very attentive host and his mother. I believe that the full charm of Bitouni can be felt in winter time, when Metsovo becomes ski centre of Greece.

I can say Only good things of the hotel, the owners And the city of metsovo

Nice traditional breakfast, good working Wifi, very helpful and english-spoken staff, short distance to the main place, very comfortable parking in the garage, good working shower, great view from the balcony, a very warm welcome!

it is hard to find and it is no fun to lose and search your way in this steep city ;)

The brothers spoke very good english and mamma provided good breakfasts. The boys were helpful and friendly. Lovely views over the mountains from the balcony of our rooms. Metsove is a nice little touristy town.

Not a complaint but access and space in the underground car park is a problem. Turning around a large 4 x 4 we hired was a struggle each day but there is nothing the owners can do. It's a the way the structure is designed with large concrete columns supporting the building

Hotel staff was very friendly. Clean rooms and good WiFi. If you are traveling to Ionian islands with car, good location for overnight stay. Town is near Egnatia Odos high-way. Just 5 minutes drive. Hotelsko osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Dobili smo dve dvokrevetne sobe za isti novac, umesto cetvorokrevetnog apartmana, jer je hotel bio prazan. Postoji WiFi u sobama. Lokacija za prenociste je veoma dobra ako putujete na Jonska ostrva. Samo 5 minuta od auto-puta. Mesto je izuzetno lepo.

хотелът предлага чудесна гледка, близо е до центъра на селото, а същевременно е тих. собствениците са изключително мили и гостоприемни, а закуската включва домашно приготвени баници с ръчно точени кори и сладка с уникален аромат. селото е живописно и си заслужава да се посети, дори ако не карате ски.

Πολύ φιλικό περιβάλλον, ευγενικό προσωπικό, θαυμάσιος χώρος, σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία με τέλεια θέα. Τα παιδιά ενθουσιάστηκαν με την σοφίτα στην οποία μέναμε.

Πολύ καλό πρωινό. Σημαντικό το ότι έχει πάρκινγκ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ζεστό και οι άνθρωποι του ξενοδοχείου πολύ φιλικοί και πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Θεωρώ πολύ καλή τη σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής. Ευχαρίστως θα ξαναπήγαινα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο

εξυπηρετηση και φιλική διάθεση. πρωινό πολύ ικανοποιητικό με σπιτικά προϊόντα.

πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες, ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι για ότι ζητήσαμε. παραδοσιακός χώρος όχι κάτι χλιδάτο αλλά για κάποιον που θέλει διαμονή φθηνή και συνάμα κοντά στην πλατεία του χωριού είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή.
