Great location with wonderful harbour view -just a few meters away from the ferry jetty- and the market, rent a car companies, restaurants, ouzeries and cafes are all in easy walking distance.

We asked for an iron in the afternoon to iron a shirt to go to dinner and they said they did not have one?

The hotel was in a central position next to the port and very convenient for bars/restaurants. The water front location made a very picturesque backdrop with a castle situated 500 m behind the hotel overlooking the port.I would recommend the hotel.

Your web page said dogs were permitted and as a result chose this hotel.However when we arrived we were challenged about the size of the dog which is a small Labrador and the receptionist said she could not be allowed I'n as their policy said small dogs only .we had to wait half an hour challenging this decision as the web site does not state the size and after showing the receptionist this fact he reluctantly allowed us to bring her in.we were told she had to sleep outside on the balcony!!!apart from that we had a pleasurable stay but wondered what we could have done if refused entry as we had no information of other hotels which took dogs as we didn't have web facilities on the road and presume would have had to wander from hotel to hotel I'n the hope of finding one.

Great location on the harbour at Mytilini, friendly and helpful staff, free wi-fi, great breakfast, very well presented dining room and guests bar areas. Room was spacious and very clean, bathroom also well presented and clean.

Bathroom needs a fitting to hold the hand held shower hose so that it can act as a normal shower - this was the only fault I could find with the hotel, and which would be easy to remedy in all rooms.

Limanın karşısında olması ulaşım kolaylığı sağlıyor.Otelin konumu ve odalardan Mytilini liman ve şehir manzarası gece ve gündüz ayrı güzellikte.Personel çok güleryüzlü.Çevresinde tüm imkanlar mevcut.

Ana cadde üzerinde olması sebebi ile sabahın 04 üne kadar geçen araçların ve çevredeki barların gürültüsü odalardan duyuluyor.Uykusu hafif olanlara tavsiye etmiyorum.Tek kötü yanı budur diyebilirim.

Kahvaltisi doyurucu ve çeşidi bol, personeli güleryüzlü. Merkezi konumda ve manzarası güzel.

Otel limana çok yakın olduğu için gece gürültülü olabilir. Özellikle liman tarafındaki alt odalar gürültülü olur.

Aksamlari gurultu geliyor, banyosu daha iyi olabilirdi.

Konumu mükemmel, limanin tam karsisi. Sehrin icinde kalınacak en iyi yer.

Banyonun havalandırması yoktu. Hava cok sıcak oldugu icin önemli.

Limanın hemen içinde ve şehir merkezinde olması.

Limanın hemen yanında oluşu erken saatte Türkiye feribotuna binecek olanlara çok büyük kolaylık sağlıyor. Ayrıca otel şehrin tam merkezinde. Bu nedenle alışveriş ve restaurantlara yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca otelin içindeki asansör bavullarınızı taşımada kolaylık sağlıyor, çünkü adadaki çoğu otelde asansör yok. Ne yazık ki bavulları taşımaya yardımcı olan otel personeli de olmadığından yol yorgunluğunun üzerine orada duran asansör sizi mutlu ediyor.

Süit odada kaldım ama, süit oda bu kadar küçükse diğer odaları düşünemiyorum... Ayrıca otel reklam yapmak amacıyla birkaç restaurantın broşürünü koymuş. Bunlardan Panagiuda'da bulunan Ekaliptos restauranta gittik. Ne broşürde bahsettikleri gibi yunan yemekleri var ne de mezeler. Hadi balık yiyelim dedik, çipuranın tanesi 24 euro'dan geldi. Sebebini sorduğumda "kilosu 400 euro"!!!!!!! dediler. Daha sonra bunu otelle paylaştığımda bu durumun yanlış olduğunu ifade edeceklerine "Biz de Türkiye'ye gelsek aynısını yaşarız" dediler. Kısaca otel sizi güleryüzle karşılanması gereken misafir olarak değil sadece para olarak görüyor.

It was very near the ferry that arrived late at night. I could check in without any difficulties. No noise in the room despite nearby harbour, cafes and restaurants. Excellent continental breakfast.

Not really a hotel parking available as mentioned. In fact they only have three places along the road in front of the hotel. Only 2 very small elevators. It was difficult to take my luggage.

Magnificent view of Mytilini harbour from balcony. Good comfortable air conditioned room to come back to with all mod cons. Very extensive breakfast buffet.

Internet was a bit patchy when a lot of people wanted to use it - had to wait till afternoon to access emails/

μέτριο πρωινό

φοβερή θέση, υπέροχη θέα, κεντρικό κτίριο που εξασφαλίζει άνετες και ασφαλείς μετακινήσεις όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας, ωραίο δωμάτιο, υπέροχο καθαρό πάτωμα χωρίς μοκέτα (προσωπικά δεν τη συμπαθώ αφού τη θεωρώ εστία μικροβίων). καθαρό μπάνιο χωρίς οσμές, χρηστική καμπίνα γύρω από τη μπανιέρα, πρακτικές παντόφλες μιας χρήσεως για το ντους που προστάτευαν το χώρο από τα νερά και την υγιεινή του πελάτη.

θα προτιμούσα πιο άνετη την μπανιέρα.

I've been twice this month in this hotel. First 2 nights and then 1. Excellent location, next to the ferry and city activities. I was in a large room, overlooking the harbor, very comfortable. Staff great, especially the woman at the desk. I had problems with the wifi on my second stay and she moved to another room. With excelent wifi. Good breakfast

The bathroom in the double rooms overlooking the harbor is very small, especially the W.c very close to the bathtub, which is not comfortable, specially if you're an overweight person..
