The hotel was pretty by outside. Completely disappointed the hotel smelled like old and humid (not the humid smell of the sea but humid of the not nice one) the service and staff was non existence there was no transportation picking us from the port, no one received us in the reception after some minutes some one came and said your room is number 2 that's it, he didn't helped or took us there and there was none to help us telling us tips or arranging excursions, the air condition was not working, the swimming pool was not working, the breakfast was a disgrace old bread and the milk was stale that's it nothing else and it is not in the hotel it is in another place where if you are not ready by 9:00 AM so that the guy that will show you were it is takes you he will be angry with you (seriously) and the worst is that the floor of our room was completely damped all the time, like a pond we don't know where the water was coming from, awful, and even when it is cold they don't provide you extra blankets. Awful experience, the worst hotel in my life

The price and the location were good. The pick up and drop off at the airport was also excellent. As I have rated it, I understand this was a budget hotel, however, I think they must improve in: bedding: there was a rag on the bed which was supposed to be a blanket. Also, the woman serving breakfast spoiled each morning with her surliness. The hotel doesn't have a welcoming feel at all.

The staff were extremely helpful with pointing out where facilities in the area were and the fact that they picked us up at the port and took us back to the airport really helped. The breakfast was very good and included in the price. We would definitely stay there again and recomend it to anyone. Maybe could do with a little updating but on the whole nothing we didn't like.

It is close to Fira centre and bus station. I stayed 3 days in single room with very resonable price:) Hotel reception is closed in the evening and night so if you arrive after that time at port, hotel will not provide pick up service. Also they take you to the new port twice a day (10:30am, 14:30pm).

Good pool. Good aircon in the room. Close to Fira main town, bus station, taxi rank, shops, pubs and clubs, and only a 5 minute walk up the hill. Internet access was promised throughout the entire hotel. On 2 of our 4 nights there, it wasn't working at all, not even out near reception. That's a hassle when trying to book further travel or check for emails from ferry companies as they delay their departures. Standard continental breakfast was ok for the first 2 days, but the last 2 mornings there was no cheese. Reception staff have limited English and gave incorrect information on bus timetables and post office opening hours. Our room was apparently cleaned daily, but they must not own a vacuum cleaner as there was always sand/dirt/dust on the floor. Not worth €90 per night

Great location for walking into the main city - However there are many choices in the same location. The reception was terrible, we arrived and with no welcome they said they have NO room - but took us to another hotel...fthis hotel was further out of the area. When we arrived at the second hotel, they took our credit card, charged the full stay and said - we do not have room here and will send you to another hotel. Arrived at 3rd hotel and that was very far from city. After complaining we ended up back at our original hotel Blue Sky Villa in a basement room ( we paid for a superior balcony/partial view) The breakfast was terrible, and no employees are available if you need anything.

The Hotel was much better then we expected, for this price. The location was pretty good. Only 200 meters walk to the center,Very close to the bus station, where you can travel all over the island very easily. The room was clean, Aircondition worked very well and the stuff friendly. Nice pool at the backside of the Hotel, . The transfer from and to the ferry was without any complications. My rating --> Very good

The swimming pool and the free transportation service from the Athinios port to the hotel. The receptionists are very nice We booked a double room with balcony. However our room was on the first floor. I did not understand much about the definition of a balcony here, especially in my case when our room was not on a corridor. The hotel put 2 chairs and a table under the window. It might be a balcony. I am not sure. In addition, the cleaning staff was not much friendly. We forgot ice-cream in the refrigerator. When we asked her to take it out, she only knew to reply: no, no and no

Room size was ok and there was a balcony with a view of the opposite hotel wall. Some rooms seemed to have better views. The pool was good. The breakfast was modest but included in the price and served outside which was very nice. The staff were helpful and free internet in the room. The location does not have the caldera views that other (more expensive) places do. At about Euro 30 it was pretty good value. Its only about 5 minutes walk to the views so if you just want a place to crash it's recommended Bathroom smelt a bit

Its a walking distance from the center of Fira. Super Cheap! It also had a random field next to it, which was very convenient to take my dog out. Dog friendly hotel super :) No window on the bathroom. Bed was old and really firm (in a bad way). Every morning my back would hurt.

We were upgraded to Blue Sea Suites for reasons unknown, but definitely not a mistake. The lady boss of the establishment in extremely helpful and friendly. Service staff are cheerful as well. One night, we needed to heat up some takeway but had no microwave and the lady boss did in for us in the cafe's microwave with no qualms at all. She made special arrangements for us to have breakfast before the serving time and even drove us personally in her car to the port to catch our morning ferry. The hotel also has beautiful paintings on the wall and lovely patios, where you can sit and dine with the company of your friends, whilst getting a tan if your balcony see the sun.
