The hotel is at a very good position, not faraway from the bus stop although the google map is not correct. We stayed there for two nights and the hotel had a free transport for the guests to the port. We would visit it again in the next year. |

The accommodation there was a disaster. It is even not because of absence of promised transfer from port or the very very poorly breakfast or their personnel, who don’t speak English or absence on reception of somebody. The most terrible thing was bedbugs, which left a lot of stings on me during my sleep at night. These bites got red and very swallowed, so I had to call a doctor next morning, who made me an injection and said I have to move out from this hotel. Now there are 7 days since that night, but I still have the red marks of stings. I can say – it was the worth time I have ever had at any hotel in the world. As a proof for my words I can provide a reciept from a doctor for the medicines (19.3 Euros) |

Location was good, short walk from main square Due to mis-communication, there was a long wait to get from Airport to hotel, once arriving we were told there was no one who could check us in for a few hours (on this booking site it says check-in from 7.30am!!) Once checked in and given room munber, after 2 flights of stairs (hauling luggage) and more enquires were told our room had a off street access, which they were still cleaning, and took another 45mins before we could settle in. Breakfast is not buffet breakfast, unless you consider all you can eat bread as a suitable breakfast. |

A reasonable price can enjoy a nice room and view. Staffs provided many information for us and very nice to have free transport to the Ferry Port and Airport. Free internet is provided. Not so much facility and a bit far from town center which require approx 15mins walk to the town. Less breakfast selection. |

Location. The convenience of the Blue Sky Villa to the capital city of Fira was within a few blocks. I was close to everything: shops, restaurants, the port, the airport, etc. Transportation. Blue Sky Villa offers free transportation to and from the airport or port. My only criticism is that you have to stay on top of them to get a ride and call them as your arrive, or right before you need to leave. otherwise, you'll end up waiting. |

The hotel was very fairly priced and was situated close enough to the main roads to town that it was within easy walking distance. It is just down the road from car/bike rental companies, a laundromat, a take out restaurant, and many other eat-in restaurants. The rooms were very nicely decorated and included any item needed (TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, balcony, extra pillows, blankets, etc.). The receptionist was overly accomadating and helped with everything from maps of the island to making dinner reservations, to recommending "secrets" of the island. The hotel itself is charming and quaint and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was not perfect was that the receptionist does not seem to have regular hours. Several times we walked by the desk, she was not there and when we wanted to check out, we had to wait until 1430 to do so. |

Free transport to/from port and airport and free wireless internet. Good for budget traveler. Slow staff service, small shower room with very bad drainage, and, rough and ragged towels. |

The hotel is close to everything you need in Fira Town but it's off the main drag so it's not as noisy (The 4-wheelers and mo-peds can get pretty obnoxious). The breakfast is simple but welcome (cereal, coffee/tea, bread and spreads, "juice"). The pool, rooms, and lobby are all clean and well-maintained. The staff are pretty nice. There is a free ride to the airport and port if you need it (don't know if there's one to the hotel though). There's a decent fridge in the room and a market close by. The shower is small and the curtain rubs up against you pretty much the whole time. Some of the doors seem to stick so you hear occasional slamming of them (nitpicking here). The lights outside the room are very bright at night and we weren't the only ones to hang towels over the windows to block them out I noticed. But really, we liked out stay. |

Excellent value for money by Santorini standards. Transfers to and from the port/airport were a fantastic extra and provided efficiently with a smile. |

The room was nice, comfortable, quiet, and quite clean. The little swimming pool was also nice. There was no hot water. We were never picked up at the airport, even after calling three times and waiting for about an hour at the airport. Customer service was poor and rude. |

Facilities - swimming pool. staff very friendly, rooms very clean only that the fee was charged to my credit card - my understanding was that credit card details were used just to secure a booking, not pay for it. However this is not a big deal, overall i loved staying at blue sky. |

Fira is the best location to stay in Santorini because its accessible to everything and this hotel is great because its only a few blocks from all the hustle and bustle and at the same time quiet enough to get a good night sleep. You could pay more - but the room will nto be any better because everything in Greece is more like low budget unless you are willing to spend at least 250 per night and up. The staff was beyond friendly and so nice and we got great service. Shower is very small but that has been our experience in every hotel we have stayed all over Greece. Nothing - oh one thing to know ...that when booking on booking.com ...it just holds the reservation and you have to pay the hotel directly once you are there. |

The swimming pool was very good. Fortunately although the Hotel was full the pool area wasn't busy, as it was very small that was an advantage. In your description it says that you are picked up from the airport if you let them know your flight details. I e mailed twice with the details but there wasn't anyone there to pick us up. I asked to be returned to the airport and we waited for the bus but it did not show up so the receptionist took us in her car. I almost have the feeling that they do not ever have a service to and from the airport unless they are pushed. I wasn't so disappointed about this as the reviews on your website reflected this and it was very helpful, as was the review that the breakfast wasn't really worth eating. As with anything if your expectations are not high you are not upset. |
