Score from 157 reviews Wonderful
The room come with kettle and fridge. View from the room is fine. Staff/owner can fetch us to places with some cost.
We were transfer to other hotel which is much more far than the centre of FIra compare to the original one. Air condition control is broken, request to check but they just ignore. Orange juice for breakfast has been dilute??!!
for blue suites : comfortable bed location was good the reception girl was helpful nothing much on the view part..but good spot for sunrise view excpt for the sea smell, the room was clean
you will be actually staying in blue suites rather than spa since itz an off season time and they operate only one.. we were welcome by a chit on the door that if u need my help then call... obviously wehad to ask the neighbor hostel to make the call n ask the lady to collect us. at blue suites: room was smelly, at the middle of the night i found a cat on my bed breakfast was average bathroom was too small and shower gets real messy, it just wets the whole bathroom.. wifi signals were very poor
-picked us up and brought us to another hotel, because of a water damage -hotel was even far away than the one we booked -in the description the write free airport transport -we flew at 06h30 -they said its too early -had to catch a cab for 20 € - wifi didnt work in the room, just close to the receptiom
The pool, close to the centre
Non existant manager, poor staffing except for the cleaner.
- Staff is friendly - Location is near Central Fira, where bus station is located - Free transportation
Good swimming pool
The location was fantastic
Reception staff rarely there, waited 3 hours for someone to check us in, which was only the cleaner! Paid for room with balcony and seaview, we were on the bottom floor with neither of these requests!
Location, pool, quiet, new paint looks very nice in and out.
Bath was very poor, toilet no flush, shower had water over everything, just like Greece memories of 1975. Its now the 21 century but you would never know it.
Design of the hotel!
Poor hotel ever
Its good place
Someone smoke in the room befor my staying,i got sick after a night....ask for nonsmoking room
Near city center and bus terminal. Pool, strong wifi signal, balcony.
Practically no view from the balcony, no sound-proof room. Shower curtain draining out of the shower, making floor wet.
Very central and the price
The cleaning maid knocked very loud at my door the second day and forced me to go to the reception to check out though I've booked another night. When they found out the misunderstanding, no one apologized...
Smell like sewerage in the room remote control for TV didnt work. Side lights above bed didn't work. Walls seemed paperthin could hear people bathing going to the toilet and having sex
Location. Simple but clean and very pleasant rooms. Everything you need for ok stay is here. Very very good value for money. Very good swimming pool.
Sometimes it was very noisy in the morning. But this is a good thing just to get you out of bed and go and explore the island.
I was told the day before that I would be taken to the port at 1400hr.This was changed to 1430 on the day I was leaving but my lift to the port did not start till 1445,which was a bit annoying but because the westhet was rough the ferry was very late,I found the behaviour of the staff was quite flippant by telling me they were late because the traffic. I believe It was a special price so Icannot really complain.
The other guests who were willing to take me to the port with their hire car but the staff of the hotel while my luggage was being put into the other guests car.
Location was decent. That's it.
Our stay here was awful. Randomly changed the price of the room to 90 euros a night for us, when the exact same room was still listed on booking.com at 35 euros a night Put us in a room with 3 single beds when we had booked a room with 1 double bed, because they had overbooked When we checked in, they told us that we had to have the amount paid in full within a half hour. When we paid we never received a receipt, and she told us that we will receive it when we check out. Even though we've already paid... Shower is child sized and the curtain clings to you the entire time. Bathroom itself is tiny Moved us to the proper room for our last night, but only because we went and told them we were upset that they had put us in the wrong room to begin with When we got into the new room, which we had just watched the cleaning lady finish up in, the sheets were dirty and there was hair on the pillows There are clothes drying racks in the rooms, and we moved ours outside our door for the clothes to dry out in the heat, but they made us move it back inside. They told us that if we wanted to dry our clothes outside we were to drape them over the fence of the pool area....as if we were going to hang our shirts and underwear out in such a public area...I Don't even know why they would think that was acceptable. The lady at the front desk doesn't care at all about any problems. When we told her that we were put in the wrong room, she just smiled and said we could change rooms our last night when one opened up. Then we asked her if we were paying more because we were in a triple room, and she smiled and told us that all of the rooms are the same price. Which is a complete lie because the triple rooms are more expensive. So we're not really sure if because they over booked, if they're actually charging us the rate of a triple room. They lock up the pool area way too early, before 7:30 pm.
The location is brilliant, close to centre and bus station, with local convenience store almost on the doorstep.
The bright and sunny position of the villas with a view from my balcony to the hills. It was so close to the hub and had a very relaxed feeling when returning to the villa after a day out. The cobbled hill was a challenge every day, but so was Santorini. This was a magic holiday for me.
The tiny shower base which splashed the water all over the bathroom.
location was close to town, pool looked nice
Both me and my friend scraped our legs on the unknowingly sharp edges of the beds. Very unsafe!
Close to main centre, and daily housekeeping
Reception was unmanned on arrival and waited for 45 mins to check in. A telephone number was stuck to window to call, but no-one answered. Reception rocked up at 3pm.
Nice and close to the main village , just a short walk up the hill
Dont be suprised if you didnt get the room you booked. After travelling for a while and sleeping in dorms we opted to pay a little more in santorini and got a double room (with double bed ) at this hotel. When we arrived they gave us a room with 3 single beds. When cobfronting the staff and showing our booking they said too bad we are fully booked. Also the cleaning lady comes in at 8 or 9 in the morning (without knocking) and then comes back every 30mins . - clearly they dont thibk we want to sleep in on our holidays .
sal and his wife pool dog all staff
The worst hotel I have ever been.Totsl absence of breakfast, dirty room bed sheets make you ich, very bad personnel.I Wonder how booking.com cooperates with such hotels.
Location is fantastic
People arrive late from parties and have no respect for others who are sleeping. Staff should put some notice for such people. Doors are extremely noisy. One of the staff even shouted at us because we wanted to open the window at the reception, during breakfast. Not all of them are friendly.
Was very near to the center and good pool area
Dirty room!never changed sheets..every time i got in the room a disturbing bad smell got my antention due to the toilet hygiene..also i had to ask for paper toilet..and finally although the hotel claims that it offers breakfast actually it's very poor almost non provided.
