1 -Serviço de Pick up/translado no aeroporto nao existente no horário de chegada do meu voo. 7am - E nao é informado no site que somente começa as 8 am. 2 - Telefone do hotel é direcionado para o celular no período da noite e a proprietária nao atendia para passar a confirmação do pick up/translado. 3- Foi reservado um quarto com cama de casal mas só estava disponível um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro que nao era box, ou seja, nao era possível juntar as camas.

Localizacao; facilidades; conforto

A amabilidade, disponibilidade e simpatia da gerente do hotel. A localização é muito boa, a apenas 150m do centro de Fira. Os transfers funcionaram muito bem. O ar condicionado funciona bem.

Deveriam limpar melhor a piscina. A cortina do duche cola ao corpo, pois o espaço é ínfimo! O pequeno-almoço é pobre. O sistema de ar condicionado dos quartos deita água em excesso, que corre pelo pátio e provocou imensos escorregões, principalmente pelo facto do piso ser muito liso. Deveriam ter cuidado, pois pode ser perigoso.

A apresentação do hotel e a receptividade da proprietária. A área do hotel é muito agradável e com vista maravilhosa.

Sim. O quarto em que fiquei foi ótimo, exceto a dimensão do banheiro que era muito pequena em relação aos demais. Banheiro totalmente desconfortável.

bus ride from/to the port

breakfast was poor

The hotel is at a very good position, not faraway from the bus stop although the google map is not correct. We stayed there for two nights and the hotel had a free transport for the guests to the port. We would visit it again in the next year.

The accommodation there was a disaster. It is even not because of absence of promised transfer from port or the very very poorly breakfast or their personnel, who don’t speak English or absence on reception of somebody. The most terrible thing was bedbugs, which left a lot of stings on me during my sleep at night. These bites got red and very swallowed, so I had to call a doctor next morning, who made me an injection and said I have to move out from this hotel. Now there are 7 days since that night, but I still have the red marks of stings. I can say – it was the worth time I have ever had at any hotel in the world. As a proof for my words I can provide a reciept from a doctor for the medicines (19.3 Euros)

Very goog rooms, close to the center, missing shampoo, modarate brekfast (as in most ot the 3 stars hootels in the islands)

A reasonable price can enjoy a nice room and view. Staffs provided many information for us and very nice to have free transport to the Ferry Port and Airport. Free internet is provided.

Not so much facility and a bit far from town center which require approx 15mins walk to the town. Less breakfast selection.

The hotel was very fairly priced and was situated close enough to the main roads to town that it was within easy walking distance. It is just down the road from car/bike rental companies, a laundromat, a take out restaurant, and many other eat-in restaurants. The rooms were very nicely decorated and included any item needed (TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, balcony, extra pillows, blankets, etc.). The receptionist was overly accomadating and helped with everything from maps of the island to making dinner reservations, to recommending "secrets" of the island. The hotel itself is charming and quaint and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that was not perfect was that the receptionist does not seem to have regular hours. Several times we walked by the desk, she was not there and when we wanted to check out, we had to wait until 1430 to do so.

The room was clean, the staff was very nice and helpfull, the location is very good and really close to the center of Fira city, the price is fair for what you get.

The beakfast was poor and dissapointing...

Excellent value for money by Santorini standards. Transfers to and from the port/airport were a fantastic extra and provided efficiently with a smile.

The room was nice, comfortable, quiet, and quite clean. The little swimming pool was also nice.

There was no hot water. We were never picked up at the airport, even after calling three times and waiting for about an hour at the airport. Customer service was poor and rude.
