Friendly staff, good location, large room, free transfers from port / to airport

Breakfast very basic, lots of flies and a cockroach in room.

close to city, clean has good service, towels, bar, pool, its very nice

Extremely located near Fira. A swimming pool and a great balcony are equipped. Although a little bit windy during noon and night time, it's still good choices to have sunbathing and enjoy fun out of room. Free internet in the reception which is closed at 23:30. Free bus transport but reservation first.

Breakfast is poor but that is Santorini. There is no bath and shower is not so good as my expectation. I contacted hotel to pick us up in the aeroport in advance, but they didn't show up, however, they delivered us to aeroport at the last day. Roon facilities are woods but a little bit weired. Anyway overall proformance is mid-high quality with this price.

Budget hotel. Free transport to port or airport. Free parking. 10-minute walk from town (but do not try to walk with your luggage on the inclines and rocky roads).

A smell of wooden furniture. 24-hour front desk means you can call their greek numbers on a 24-hour basis. Wireless internet in reception and swimming pool area, reception is closed during nightime, it may be enjoyable if it's not windy at night.

Good location, and friendly staff, however they were a bit limited in communicating some of the information concerning some of their offerings.

Coffee at the free breakfast was Nescafe Instant and not up to the standards that you would expect. The rest of the breakfast was great..

sicuramente si presenta bene dall'esterno, piscina fantastica ed un bel panorama "anche se a santorini è praticamente impossibile non avere un bel panorama" e dalla mappa su google sembrava si affacciasse sulla caldera, invece si affaccia da tutt'altra parte.vicinanza al centro e prezzo modesto per l'offerta che ho acquistato io.

abbiamo visto arrivare i bus navetta da e per l'aeroporto tutti i gg fino a tarda sera, il discorso non è stato valido x noi che siamo arrivati il primo gg all'1:30 del mattino ed abbiamo dovuto pagare 15 euro di taxi.stesso discorso x il ritorno, dove l'ultima navetta partiva alle 21:00 a loro dire, ma avendo noi il volo alle 1:30 nn potevamo di certo aspettare 4 e 1/2 all'aeroporto!colazione scarsa e ripetitiva,stanze ampie ma spartane x un 4 stelle,personale inesistente! lo considererei un buon 3 stelle

Sinceramente, no me ha gustado nada. Primero por el mal ambiente entre el personal y segundo porque no se corresponde con lo que deberia de ofrecer un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

El personal del hotel fue desagradable e incompetente, nada mas llegar discutieron a gritos delante mio por una cosa insignificante. Mal ambiente en general por parte del personal. Las sábanas de la cama eran tan pequeñas que casi dormias encima del colchón sucio.El desayuno no se corresponde para nada con un hotel de cuatro estrellas... solo pan con mermelada, huevo duro y poco mas, ni un dulce!muy muy muy escaso. Ubicación no muy buena. Habia transportes al aeropuerto y el hotel no nos informó de ello, nos entermos después.

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung, das Design des Hotels. Rein optisch ist es ein absolut tolles Hotel - leider nur auf den ersten Blick! Die Poolanlage ist super toll, das Zimmer und der Eingangsbereich riesengroß und geräumig.

Der Service ist total schlecht. Die Hotelmanager (oder sind es die Eigentümer selbst?) sind sehr unfreundlich. Da diese auch die Manager vom Blue Sky Hotel und Hotel Ligno sind, pendelten sie den ganzen Tag zwischen den drei Hotels, dem Fährhafen und dem Flughafen. Wenn mal die Rezeption besetzt war, was selten vorkam, saß da die Managerin (Chefin?

Me gustan sus instalaciones. La limpieza es buena. La relación calidad precio me parece justa. Es un hotel bonito.

Resulta muy dificil comunicarse con el personal porque no hablan bien el inglés. Tuve un grave problema con los cargos a mi tarjeta: hice mi reservación con varios meses de anticipación e inmediatamente hicieron un cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito por la primera noche, posteriormente estuve en el hotel dos noches y pagué la segunda noche en efectivo.
