Extremely located near Fira. A swimming pool and a great balcony are equipped. Although a little bit windy during noon and night time, it's still good choices to have sunbathing and enjoy fun out of room. Free internet in the reception which is closed at 23:30. Free bus transport but reservation first. Breakfast is poor but that is Santorini. There is no bath and shower is not so good as my expectation. I contacted hotel to pick us up in the aeroport in advance, but they didn't show up, however, they delivered us to aeroport at the last day. Roon facilities are woods but a little bit weired. Anyway overall proformance is mid-high quality with this price. |

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff were friendly, facilities were great and the location was very close to the town centre. They also provide transport to and from the port. I would highly recommend this hotel. |

Budget hotel. Free transport to port or airport. Free parking. 10-minute walk from town (but do not try to walk with your luggage on the inclines and rocky roads). A smell of wooden furniture. 24-hour front desk means you can call their greek numbers on a 24-hour basis. Wireless internet in reception and swimming pool area, reception is closed during nightime, it may be enjoyable if it's not windy at night. |

Good location, and friendly staff, however they were a bit limited in communicating some of the information concerning some of their offerings. Coffee at the free breakfast was Nescafe Instant and not up to the standards that you would expect. The rest of the breakfast was great.. |

The hotel location is perfect to enjoy Santorini. It is very near (walking distance) to the main attraction of Fira the biggest city of the island and the place where we suggest to stay in Santorini The hotel provides a shuttle service with the airport but when I arrived they did not come. One night I find the bed without sheets and the staff (there was an incompetent young lady) was unable to fix the bed. Bad smell in the bathroom like sewer. Finally, the reception was often without staff. Summarising, it is not a real 4 stars hotel |

Since I booked a double, the room was spacious The service was lacking!!!!The reception desk was closed a lot, no on- site restarurant or bar, or anyhow to help carry bags. It was in the middle of no-where-though only a 15 minute walk into town. No internet services!! On a plus, they offered complimentary ferry/airport transport |

The pool and general layout of the hotel was nice, perhaps the ONLY reason for its 4star rating since... ...the breakfast was pitifully small and tasteless! Also we didn't get an extra bed in our double room for our 3yr old despite asking for it in email beforehand. The lack of receptionist was palpable also; we missed the hotel transfer pick up at the port as there was no one at reception to answer my important call, which meant us forking out >2times as much for a taxi! |

The location was a 10 min walk from the centre of Fira however it is uphill so we hired a bike which was very helpful. The room was spacious and had a pretty view of the beach from the balcony. Hotel staff assisted in transport to & from the port The bathrooms needed to be cleaned more thoroughly as well as the pool. The breakfast was poor & not supervised. |

the swimming pool and the closeness to the city centre. the room was very dark and there were no soap or shampoo in the toilette.but the worse thing was breakfast, only bread and jam, or boiled eggs. this is not really a 4 stars hotel but rather a good 3 star. we would raccomand it to people that don't spend much time in the hotel, and that have few claims. |

The view, the pool, the parking!!! Web site states that hotel is in Fira. This is not the case! Hotel does not have a view to the caldera;hence, no beautiful sunsets. But, you do see terrific sunrises! |
