Superb friendly and helpful staff
Great swimming pool. Friendly staff. The hotel is only 15min walk from the center. Great value for money!!
Very basic breakfast.
We liked a lot the swimming pool and the sea views from the room, the good price, location and the stuff.
We did not like the water pressure in the bathroom was low, the breakfast was poor and very basic, and the fact we were 3 people provided with one copy of the room key.
Nothing couldn't wait to check out !!!
Housekeeping Location Breakfast Decor in villa Bathroom small and dated And staff are not honest
Drain overflowed and hard mattresses.
Everything about it Good choice.Friendly People highly recommend them.
The pool was nice and area was quiet.
We were moved to a different hotel on the day of arrival and then moved back on the second day. Wifi was very poor and only worked in reception. Breakfast was also poor.
Room was spacious with water views. Great parking area. Pool was beautiful. Clean and well maintained.
Breakfast was cold hard boiled eggs. Cheese and caned meat slices. Bread. Jams. Tea and coffee. Very basic! Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.
I cannot really say i liked anything from this hotel
For a 4 star hotel at 300 euros a night one would expect reception to be open 24 hours. They forgot to give us towels and there was nobody available to provide them. They overbooked our room and we were sent to a different hotel of the same owner. Although the view was nice, the room was a house of horrors. The bathroom was filthy, the towels manky and the breakfast consisted of awful coffee, plastic bread and a slice of rubber ham. We almost lost out ferry because although we had advised that we woukd collect our suitcases at a certain time, when we turned up the reception was closed!!!!! We will definitely not be staying at this hotel again!!!!
That it was a close walk to main town
The people were very unhelpful, the rooms smelt horrible like sewage and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.
the view from the bqlcony and the swimming pool was very good
the made me go to another hotel which was ever further away from the town and much lower category without a view which i have paid for, the second day changed again...it was a ruined vacation ;(
Considering when we arrived to this hotel that we had booked, and were told a number of 'stories' as to why we would have to shift to another hotel, I don't have anything I can say I like as we didn't even stay at this hotel that we booked. My guess is that the owner double booked out the room we were meant to stay in (2 females travelling in their young 20s) then had to cover their arse and send us to her cousins hotel 5 mins down the road in a less than desirable location.
Firstly, when we arrived at Blue Suites we went to check and and were immediately told that for the first 2 nights of our 4 night stay we wouldn't be staying at their hotel... But at her cousins hotel. When I enquiried as to why we were told that a large group had booked the hotel. To be noted two couples that were served after us were put up in the Blue Suites hotel... Clearly they picked us to shift to the other hotel as we were young and they might have presumed we wouldn't complain. We found ourselves at Villa (spa) Romanitic that was more run down and of a cheaper price per night than Blue Suites. Total B.S. When I went to talk to the manager of this hotel he said all questions should be directed to Blue Suites as we booked through them. How convenient... The room there was average, it had what you needed but with any bit of breeze the doors banged around. On the afternoon of our second night at Villa Romantic I enquired as to what time the next day we will be transferred to Blue Suites as we had been told. The manager (who at this point had made advances on my previously) said we were not moving instead spending the rest of our stay with him. Immediately we drove to Blue Suites to speak with the owner. Her response to this utter stuff up entirely at their fault was 'I've had a long day and am tired, I will try to sort something out tomorrow morining'. That wasn't good enough I demanded that we stay at the hotel we booked which was nicer, cleaner and much closer to the centre of Fira than the one we were stuck in, or she finds us somewhere new to stay for the next 2 nights. Apparently this request was very uncommon and people love staying at Villa Romantic, probably because they are not two young girls who feel very uncomfortable in the managers presence.
The pool looked nice and the room was spacious. We booked for 4 people and had 3 single beds and a pullout double couch although they were very hard!
We had arranged a transfer which was very expensive €20 each and supposed to be direct although the driver went to several different hotels and the airport before dropping us off, we also were very close to having a car accident due to his erratic driving! Staff were very rude and unfriendly. Rooms were dirty, not sure if the linen was even clean! The blankets and pillows smelt and the towels were stained. Had a lot of trouble getting a confirmation even after we had paid for the room! Only had hot water the first night after that it was cold showers. The power also cut out one morning with no explanation. We tried to have food ordered, we were told to use the phone in the room although it had no batteries and when we told the receptionist she didn't care or help! Breakfast was bread, hot cheese and ham and cornflakes.. So much mould in the fridge and bathroom and the tea and coffee facilities in the room were disgusting very dirty and chiped! Hello bacteria :( not happy would not recommend this hotel unless a last resort! It looks nice on the outside but that is all! PLEASE don't be fooled by the photos!
The price, the pool It is not so far from the center.
The breackfast it is horrible, in one morning they din not has water to drink. 3 mornings i have eat onli bred, butter and honey. In the room AC it was broke, the towels was grey and smells not good, the bed it is soo hard, we did not sleep well, the tv was not functioned, the value box was not closing. It is a 2 stars hotel, not 4.
poli filikoi, to sistino anepifilakta!
Friendly helpful staff , very very clean , simple breakfAst. We had a lovely time. Highly recommended.
Everything was great.
We got there and the reception ladies told us that we had to move hotels for a night because they had over booked it! We then refused to move as there was 9 of us and then 6 of us had to share a room for one night. Breakfast is also terrible
Breakfast is very simple and boring. Wifi is very-very-very slow.
Upon arrival we were told they didn't have the 3 rooms available for us which we had previously paid for in full. The 6 of us had to share a room. Other friends from our group were forced to move hotels. The staff were not at all friendly - I would not recommend it to anyone
Reasonable location and good value
Breakfast was poor, not sure how the star rating works but this is more akin to a 2 star not a 4 star
The pool was amazing however we didnt get to use it because we were moved to 2 other hotels in the 4 nights we stayed. They we both nice but one didnt have a pool but great view
Our room at Blue suites was old dated and dirty. I think the ned spread was frombthe 70's. Bathroom mat was drenched. An empty beer can had been left in room. Beds and pillows were like rocks. One of the beds was a fold out couch. The sheets had brown stins on them.
Excellent location - nice hotel and friendly staff.
Only thing wrong with this hotel was beds were like bricks.
Good location, walking distance to Fira. Nice and clean pool area, enogh space in rooms, view from balcony.
Grey towels, old sheets. Breakfast is a joke, not in line with 4 stars rating.
The hotel is amazing for the price, nicely decorated with a really beautiful pool. Staff is friendly and available for information. The room was big, comfortable and clean although we had twin beds and not a double bed as requested.
Brekfast was included but it consists in a very basic buffet with average food and terrible coffee and juice.
Nice staff, easy walking location to town. Pool was cold but many chairs. Quiet and private.
Breakfast got a little boring compared to other hotels we stated at on trip.
