there was no water in refrigerator.Since we came at 3 a.m it would be realy nice to have some glass of water. towels were -clean ,but not white anymore 8(

-Transport (from the airport to the hotel) arrived 40min. late but no apology.(I think this lateness is a part of Greek culture..) -Shower(water flows all over the bathroom) -Location(scary for the girl traveling alone at nighttime)

staff were quite helpful when you could find someone, rooms were clean and cleaned daily, rooms furnished ok and aircon quite effective although it wasn't that hot when we visited, grounds kept neat and pool lovely be good in summertime.

Staff hard to locate at times, sent an email before we arrived but no response, shower was broken had to hold it in my hand to shower hard to wash ones hair! Also beds ridiculously hard and uncomfortable.. have stayed in other places in Santorini with the same issue though so maybe its the way they like them!

This was an excellent place! We loved everything from the free pick up to the awesome pool, to the clean, comfortable and spacious room. Cannot recommend this place enough.

A couple of the outlets didn't work, but it was no big deal.

Beautiful scenery and helpful staff.

The pool area and view from our room was very lovely.

The bathroom fixtures were old and the sink did not drain hardly at all. The breakfasts were rather plain but sufficient. Our travelling friends had to ask 3 times for extra pillows and had to wait two days to receive them.

Rooms were quiet and spacious, could be made dark of a night. Nice pool area. Transfers part of service. There was a short walk to the main area of town - we were away from the shop crowds, night club noise and boat day trippers - all advantages.

Lots of things: - Not clean - bath dirty, there were plenty of insects like spiders in the room and a very bad smell - Not confortable and the room was almost interior (not with see view for sure!) with just a small window close to the roof - Staff is rude - Very poor breakfast (just coffee, milk, orange juice, white bread, butter, ham and cheese) I wouldn´t stay there once again for sure...

Clean room with a nice view of the sea, breakfast was OK. Not too long a walk to the town once you know where to go.

Two problems: 1) The hotel offered to collect us with a free shuttle from the airport. We waited about 30 minutes for it to arrive but nothing happened. Luckily we had their phone number and gave them a call. No apology, no explanation but a short while after that someone collected us. 2) We originally booked 2 nights but after the first night we asked to extend the booking for another night, the receptionist said no problem. However after the second night they told us that they had a large booking and we could not stay for the additional night. Of course we then had to rush around trying to find another room to stay that night. If they had told us when we tried to extend the booking then no problem, but to leave it until the checkout day was extremely poor and shows a total lack of care!

The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, and good value for money.

location was great - out of city, in very quiet place, but the same time only five minutes walk to the city center. hotel was very clean - cleaning was done every day, everyday towels and bedsets were replaced. hotel design is very nice, good swimming pool. room where we stayed was big and comfortable, with great sea view. transfer from the hotel to the airport was okey.

first of all the hotel driver had to transfer us from the airport to the hotel and didn't show up. we had confirmation letters with telephone numbers, we try to contact hotel or driver but there was no answer. we were quite frustrated. drivers from another hotel helped us to get to "blue suites". the hotel owners were quite rude, they didn't apologize. opposite - they accused us in being not on time with our flight! so poor driver had to wait for five minutes and then left!!! of course we didnt get any refund for the way to the hotel. some lamp bulbs in our room didnt work. sink and pipes in bathroom were licking all over the floor. pressure in the shower was very weak, so we could not take shower. no shampoo, and don't forget this is four stars hotel! TV gets only greek and german channels, no english. promissed wi-fi was very weak, few times per day the net of blue suites just dissapeared, means no internet for few hours. totally helpless stff. few times we wanted to ask for help from stuff, but there was nobody at the reception. five persons, together with us, were waiting for stuff assistance, for two hours! then we left, have no idea could those guests who stayed to get some help or not. mainly no help from stuff, and politeness of their answer depends upon their mood. breakfast worse than bad. very poor - cheap cereal, impossible to eat, one sort of cheese and one sort of ham, french bread, apricot jam, "lurpak" butter, hard boiled eggs, canned apricots, ugly watered juice, coffee. every day the same. then day by day things dissapeared, and last week our breakfast was only bread, jam and coffee, because only these things "blue suites" offered us. soundproof rooms promissed in hotel description, are not soundproof at all. you can hear how your neighbours turn lights! after breakfast you can not get even glass of water in the hotel. no bar as promissed, no lunch boxes etc. no shops or vending machines, and no breakfast in the room.

Nice decorated hotel, small and cosy. Nice area with very clean and beautiful pool zone. Good location - not far from Thira bus station - about 10-15 minutes by foot. Nice room with comfortable bed, TV. Good hotel for this price. Good and helpful staff. Standart breakfast with eggs, bread and butter, honey and tea.

Big problem with bathroom. It's always wet! The floor always with water. stupid shower with hole in the floor. Dampness. Unfortunately, because of this problem with bathroom I can't reccomend this hotel for a long time. Only 1-2 night.

For the price we’ve got I can surely say it is beautiful hotel, with added value of great hospitality, very clean, roomy. The walk around to Fira is 10 minutes max, need to climb some, but not too much- the problem is that the road at night could be dangerous from traffic prespective.

WIFI is poor if any. Breakfas was o.k. - but not more than thatt

The price on booking.com was incredible for the service. The hotel is terrific with port transfers. The pool and hotel environment is relaxing and very attractive. we love staying here because of the great value for money with the heart of thira being only 10 minutes walk away.

We enjoy the fact that the staff are relaxed and not overtly hands on with customers, allowing us to come and go and relax... There may be some needy travellers that prefer more attention.

Location: 12 minutes walk from Fira bus station. Large room with huge bed and bath-tub. Good swimming-pool though with curved shape. Free transfer from/to the airport though you have to call them or they are inclined to forget.

Overbooking policy of hotel management with "extra" guests directed to cheaper Blue Sky hotel. Breakfast: the choice is very scarce. No shampoo which is strange for 4*.

Beautiful pool

Air con in our room was not working and several lightbulbs were not working. There was only one glass and despite there being a kettle, there were no cups.

The lady who organises the breakfast room and also cleans the rooms. She is the only pleasant member of staff. The hotel looks nice from the outside and the rooms are nicely furnished.

The surly staff. Breakfast is very basic. The tea and coffee making facilities are literally just a kettle. No cups, spoons etc. No bar despite one being mentioned on the website. Pre arranged to be collected from the airport by the hotel's own transfer service and they didn't show and offered no apology.

The hotel was gorgeous, with a beautiful pool. It was very relaxing.

My bed was a little uncomfortable.
