Неплохой отель для отдыха с детьми, есть площадка, бассейн, кухня, все необходимое оборудование для приготовления пищи. Ночью спокойно. Много русскоязычных детей, поэтому всегда есть компания. Однообразное питание, лучше его не брать, детей вообще кормить нечем. Маленькая территория в основном вокруг бассейна. Нет детской анимации..

חדרים גדולים ותו לא. לא אהבתי את היחס והשרות של מנהל המלון (מדובר בעסק פרטי שמנוהל ע"י הבעלים ובני משפחתו): 1. דקדקו על קוצו של יוד, הואיל והיתה בעיה בהזמנה המקורית. 2. מאוד לא גמישים. 3. שרות החדרים עבד עד 24:00 וכן לובי הקבלה. 4. היה רק עותק אחד למפלח החדר וכל אימת שרצינו לצאת לבלות ללא הילדים, היתה בעיה כיצד לפתוח את החדרים ולהשתמש בשרותי הקבלה בלבד (אך לא אחרי 24:00). 5. היינו שם 3 משפחות ולכולן היתה בעיה בכיורי המטבח ובאמבטיות, המים פשוט עלו על גדותיהם כל אימת שנשטפו כלים או מישהו התקלח בכל אחת מהדירות.

Πολύ καθαρό και ήσυχο κατάλυμα, ψυχή του ξενοδοχείου είναι ο κος Μανώλης που με απλές κινήσεις και παρεμβάσεις έκανε τη διαμονή μας άνετη και ευχάριστη. Χωρίς να είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό, η έλλειψη χώρου στάθμευσης στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πρόβλημα, όταν έπρεπε να μεταφέρουμε τρία μισοκοιμισμένα παιδιά με τα πράγματά τους από το αυτοκίνητο στο δωμάτιο. Υπήρχε όμως ελεύθερος δημοτικός χώρος στάθμευσης περίπου 100μ μακριά.

Veldig bra hotell med fin beliggelse. Hotellet har to bassenger og er mest tillpasset barnefamilier. For litt større barn, ungdom blir nok plassen hotellet ligger på litt "kjedelig" I lengden. Hotellet er flott, og komforten på hotellet er kjempebra.

O hotel é ótimo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Quando eu for voltar para Creta ficarei novamente neste hotel.

It was clean and very easy access to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. 1. They do not put any shampoo or soap in the bathroom or kitchen. 2. They charge you for everything (even air conditioning and safety box). 3. Lunch and dinner were not good. 4. I asked them to fix the TV of the room at the first day but they did it four days later. 5. It was very hard to find the address of the apartotel because there was no sign of it between the Iraklio's port and the site and booking.com did not give us a proper address.

Hyggeligt familiedrevet lille lejlighedskompleks beliggende tæt på mindre strand. Selve komplekset ligger I et lille bolig/hotelområde, og der er derfor kun få restauranter/butikker I nærheden. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Mulighed for tilkøb af all-inclusive. Kan anbefales blandt andet fordi aircondition er en del af pakken (koster ellers 84 euro pr. Uge).

Family run unit that works well.the owner puts a lot of visible time time into the day and night We were led to believe that it had a kids club,that was the main reason for choosing it as we have a 13 year old boy with slight special needs,but even though the facilities were there they had nobody to run it.there info states they have childrens activities all day!!!!!!!!!a unhappy child and over worked parents followed when we left.When we enquired they told us it would start in the summer season but that must start after the third of julywe also had to look for a appt in main hotel as we were given a appt in the street opposite the complex that was down low and dark.the photo on web only shows appts around a pool but it has about 10 units on the street going to the complex that might not suit children

La proximité de la mer, l'accueil et l'amabilité du personnel, le petit déjeuner anglais, la propreté de l'ensemble. Gouvès est une localité très agréable, familiale, éloigné de l'agitation des clubs et autre discothèque. La plage la plus proche de l'hôtel (50 m) est une crique, sable fin, correcte, et à 100 m de là, on peut bénéficier d'une très grande plage de sable fin magnifique. Nous avions demandé un bungalow au calme éloigné de l'agitation de la piscine, de ce fait, on nous a attribué le dernier bungalow contre un muret qui sépare du super market dont nous entendions le bruit permanent de la clim... la terrasse est minuscule, les bungalows sont séparés des bâtiments principaux de l'autre côté de la petite rue, donc le calme est relatif et la vue n'est pas très agréable. Nous avons constaté sur place que certains appartements au 2e étage doivent bénéficier d'une vue plus agréable que les bungalows, et ceux situés en retrait de la piscine sont sans doute au calme.

“The rooms are really good, we booked the superior family room and it was huge with plenty of space for us and our 3 children. The rooms are serviced daily and the meals are good as well. We enjoyed breakfast and most dinners here (buffet style) and it is excellent value at 5 euro for breakfast and 10 euro for dinner (half price for children too!). Would highly recommend a stay at Star beach village, Crete is beautiful and we would love to come back!! “This hotel was wonderful. It had very big and comfortable beds. The AC worked well and the bathroom was heavenly. It had a walkin shower and they gave us nice robes and towels.
