The atmosphere at the hotel was so nice that you felt at home immediately. The staff were helpful and accommodating to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious and facilites fine. The entertainment and special nights were excellent. I think the breakfast would have been much better if it was self service, at least for the basics and then could be served for the cooked part. |

The apartment was well kitted out. There was a great pool and good atmosphere 1. There was no provision of washing up liquid or kitchen items for washing up - something of a pain when we were only staying 5 nights 2. I would have been happy to pay a small amount extra for a starter pack of milk, water, 2 beers and a bottle of wine. 3. I think it would be noisy at night in the peak of the season with the dancing and so forth. |

We loved the hotel stuff, the owner, they were extremely helpful. We paid for the room with breakfast, they served it anytime my teenagers got up, always with fresh fruits, joghurt and anything they liked. The location of the hotel is very convenient, nice short walk to town. Apartments are comfortable, we have stayed in a two bedroom. The pool was also very nice, wonderful Crete dinner and show on Friday nights with dancing around the pool. Wonderful vacation, hopefully we will be back next year! |

friendly comfortable atmosphere. Staff and guests made the place not the facilities which i would not rate as 4 star Grade would be 3 star and not 4 star |

Family-friendly, nice and safe hotel. Spacious, well-equiped and clean apartments, good breakfast. Pool area well-maintained and the beach is round the corner of the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Perfectly placed for relaxing. |

La remarquable qualité des repas du soir. - L'immense difficulté à le trouver, malgré le téléchargement de cartes du site avant de nous y rendre. L'absence d'indication de l'hôtel lui-même alors que nous sommes passés un première fois à 50 m ! - Le comportement revêche du préposé à l'accueil (longue argumentation nécessaire pour être autorisé à brancher mon ordinateur sur internet, long délais avant d'admettre une erreur sur la facture). |

Colazione completa ed abbondante servita al tavolo e scelta direttamente dal menu, camere grandi, in due persone eravamo in un ampio biliocale di circa 50mq con bagno con vasca e cucina completa di tutto, balconcino con vista sulla piscina. Ambiente pulito e atmosfera familiare Aria condizionata a pagamento, ubicato in zona troppo tranquilla per chi cerca un po di vita notturna (il posto piu vicino è acirca 8 km ma si puo ovviare affittando uno scooter), solo parecchi ristoranti tutti uguali sul lungomare, spiaggie piuttosto piccole sia di sabbia che sassi ma almeno tutte libere |

Från början till slut, under den vecka vi tillbringade på Blue-Aegean, var allt mycket bra. Bemötandet, komforten, maten och hotellets position i förhållande till strand och restauranger, affärer etc. Gouves är en liten by som är värd att upptäckas av fler skandinaver, dess lugn, vänlighet, goda mat och varierande stränder (långgrunt, klippor för snorkling) slår det mesta på Kreta. |
