It was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The absence of sandy beach as well as the very windy weather was quite a disapointment - I think it should have been mentioned on hotel advertising and internet site. Private pool water were too cold to get into. The mattrasse, blanckets and pillows should have been of better qyuality (feders?) appropriate for such luxury hotel.

Nous avons passé un court et tres bon séjour dans cet hotêl, le service est bien, le petit déjeuner excellent, le spa tres bien ainsi que les nombreuses piscine. Notre chambre était équipé d'une belle salle de bain, d'un balcon et était très propre. L'ambience était tres bonne mais... Nous penssons qu'en haute saison, quand l'hôtel est plein il faut savoir certaines chose : un seul "assenceur-funiculaire" de 10 personnes max fait la liaison entre les chambres en hauts de l hotel et la plage, que la plage est souvent souflé par le vent (gros vent), il n y pas de sable mais des chaisses sur petit piloti sont tres bien amènagé, l'accès a la mer n'es pas top et l eau vite profonde.

Fantástico hotel: lujo, confort y tranquilidad. Atención exquisita. Instalaciones modernas y variedad de zonas cómunes y restaurantes ( muy bueno el italiano). Habitaciones cómodas y muy amplias (nos hicieron un up grade a una de calidad superior). Baños con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje separados. Limpieza de la habitación dos veces al dia. Desayuno buffet buenisímo en el que habia absolutamente de todo lo imaginable. Lo mejor, la piscina privada de la habitación. La cama de matrimonio eran en realidad dos colchones juntos, que además se notaba que no correspondian al canapé porque sobresalian de ambos lados. Era incomodisimo para dormir en pareja y desde luego no es aceptable en un hotel de esta categoria.

το μόνο που μου άρεσε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο είναι η θέση του και η άνεση των δωματίων. η οργάνωση και η διοίκηση του ξενοδοχείου είναι απαράδεκτη και κυρίως ο σεβασμός προς τον πελάτη ανύπαρκτος.ενώ κάναμε κράτηση για δωμάτιο καπνιζόντων και ήσυχο μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο μη καπνιζόντων πάνω στο δρόμο με παιδάκια γύρω γύρω. σε σχετική παρατήρηση μας είπαν ότι δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα για καπνίζοντες και να κάναμε ότι νομίζαμε.

вполне приятный бассейн в номере, красивый вид, хороший ресторан оранжерея, большая и ухоженная территория. хороший большой пляж. достаточное количество бассейнов: внизу один большой с морской водой и два маленьких детских, наверху бассейн с обычной водой рядом с баром. очень удобно ездить на остров спиналуга. очень приветливый персонал на пляже. неплохой спа. очень неудобно спускаться к пляжу. путь один - на элеваторе. в нем очень жарко и его приходиться долго ждать. при небольшой загрузке отеля, элеватор постоянно полный. что бывает при полной загрузке отеля - не представляю. другого пути на пляж, в принципе - нет. доступ к номеру был тоже не очень удобный: приезжаешь на лифте на свой этаж, идешь по коридору, потом поднимаешься по лестнице, потом опять идешь по коридору. бассейн в номере был неподогреваемый. казалось на жаре 30 градусов в тени, это не будет проблема, но в нем была постоянно холодная вода, что было освежающе, но немного некомфортно. в отеле 4 ресторана, но вкусно было только в одном, остальные были так себе. пешком можно дойти только до деревни плака, там есть парочка ресторанов, но тоже не шедевральные. до остальных городов с цивилизацией - нужно ехать.

Отель хороший, стильный, замечательный бассейн-талассо, персонал приветливый, помогают во всем не мешало бы получше убирать территорию. Завтрак средненький, все время одно и тоже. Греческий ресторан у пляжа разочровал. В 1 км есть деревня с ресторанами со свежей рыбой, а в отеле жарят чуть ли не размороженную.

La vue est exceptionnelle et la chambre était très confortable. Les restaurants sont très bien et le personnel y est charmant et très efficace. Les parties communes ne sont pas très bien entretenues et l'insonorisation des chambres est mauvaise et nous permet de bénéficier du nettoyage de la chambre voisines dès 8 heures le matin. Le spa est très moyen enparticulier au niveau de la salle de sport quand au sauna il marche quand il a le temps. Il ne faut pas être passé au Gran Melia da Agios Nicholaos avant de venir ici.

La diffusione di piscine particolari, a quasi ogni stanza. Le camere non sono adeguatamente insonorizzate. La registrazione, ma soprattutto la chiusura (ho quasi perduto il volo per Atene), sono state condotte con goffagine e lentezza. Un qualche difetto di comunicazione tra il terminale dell'albergo e la banca ha impedito il pagamento con carta di credito; il personale non acconsenti ad una mia partenza (avrei dato bonifico bancario non appena di rientro, la sera stessa). Pessimo, questo punto (ebbi pagato in anticipo ben 3600 euro con la medesima carta di credito!); come si è potuto dubitare del cliente (passaporto diplomatico)???

This hotel/resort is amazing, one of the best I have stayed in ever and I have stayed in many all over the world! The staff are exceptional, so welcoming and helpful, they make you want to never ever leave. The entire resort is so exquisite, the furnishings and decor simply stunning, now as for the views, well they don't get much better than this, with Spinalonga island just across the bay. The sunsets here are simply stunning...what can I say, except cannot wait to come back soon.

Wij hadden een DeLuxe Suite met Private Pool. Het voordeel hiervan was dat wij 's morgens aan het kinderzwembad doorbrachten met ons 2 jarig zoontje en 's middags aan de Private Pool lagen terwijl hij in de kamer zijn middagslaapje deed. Het hotel heeft 4 restaurants die een goede varieteit bieden in eten, van relaxed Griekse keuken aan het water tot zeer luxe restaurant l'Orangerie. De mensen (het hotelpersoneel) was bijzonder vriendelijk en service gericht. De ontvangst 's avonds laat was ook uitzonderlijk met veel aandacht voor onze keine. Het ontbijt was voor een hotel in deze klasse niet uitzonderlijk goed. Weinig keuze in vers fruit, pancakes e.d. De koffie was zelfs behoorlijk slecht (automaat met koffieconcentraat), wat een dubbele espresso qua smaak volledig teniet doet.

das wirklich schöne und einzigartige ist die geographische Lage unfreundliches und überhebliches Personal; extrem umständliche Wegführung, Anlage unübersichtlich, Terrasse nicht wasserdicht überdacht; Eingangsbereich nicht überdacht; Zugang ins Meer nur über Badeleitern; mangelnde Sauberkeit in den Gängen; Schiebetüre zur Toilette läßt sich nicht ordentlich schließen; Spa- und Poolbereich langweilig; winziger indoor-pool bei schlechtem Wetter; Anspruch und Wirklichkeit klaffen weit auseinander
