Prepayment
100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Salt water and natural elements such as seaweed, thermal clay and plankton are some of the indispensable elements used in thalassotherapy. Modern applications enhance stress reduction, weight loss, cellulite reduction, muscles, joint healing and more. The sunny spa has at its centre a shimmering thalassotherapy pool that overlooks the sea. There are also many swimming pools such as freshwater and sea water outdoor swimming pools, 142 private infinity pools that seem to merge seamlessly with the sea as well as the 3 thalassotherapy pools in the spa. Our sublime customised treatments are designed to pamper, rejuvenate and complement the luxurious experience that characterises the main resort.
The resort overlooks the sparkling blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea and sits opposite the isle of Spinalonga with its medieval fortress. Spinalonga’s history dates back to the Venetians and Turks, the conquerors of Crete, and is now a unique historical attraction protected by the Greek Society of Byzantine Antiquities.

we like location & beach, sea was on 5 *, massages & stuff in spa was good as well. Service very poor, nobody on arrival told us about brackfast area, or even facilities... lift to beach & restaraunts was terrible (hot without conditioner) and there is no other way... Spa was quite old & threadbare not for 5* hotel.. |

Excellent place ! Much better than Elounda best hotels. Staff very helpful and kind. Very good cuisine. Beautiful design, quality facilities. Despite size of ca 250 rooms you feel like in a boutique hotel. Worth to come. Spa is rather dull: not to this hotel standard and undesftaffed. |

peaceful, quiet, good place to relax 1.The greek restaurant should have a cover for the raining days; 2.The rooms should have acoustic insulation; 3. Should have more variety of fruits at breakfast; L'orangerie restaurant is not good for the price, the service is uncoordinated and bad. |

Mostly the location. They misrepresent the type and standard of the rooms for expample we reserved a bungalo. But what they call a bungalo is simply an ordinary double room and that we absolutely did not appreciate. And therefore would not return. |
