The airport shuttle service was great and the stuff very helpful with this. I chose this hotel for this service and it didn't let me down, worked perfectly, picked me up with a taxi from the airport and drove me back the next day, and all for free! The room was ok, clean, quiet and basic, big enough and with a small fridge and free wifi, good value for money I think. Far from everything, not really a great location if you want to visit athens on a short trip. |

The staff was very friendly. Transport from and to airport was luxury in the middle of the night with very nice driver. Towels were changed every day. Hotel seemed a little bit strange at first but turned out to be cozy. Neighborhood is peaceful with clean air to breathe. Though it is far from Athens and the train station Kifisia, the transport from hotel and also public buses made it easy to get wherever we wanted. Carpets on the floor caused a little allergic reactions but during our five days it was not a problem. |

Boutique Hotel Anixi offered airport shuttle service, free of charge, along with free wifi and continental breakfast. Though overlooking a busy road, my room was very quiet and comfortable. no, my stay was positive. |

airport transfer is certainly a great benefit, as well as shuttle service to the nearest metro station aiport transfers are not very punctual, it's better to order them at least 30 minutes earlier than you really need. breakfast area is very small, and not taken care of well enough- there might be no seats, clean plates, cups, etc. |

The room was very good. Balcony, plenty of room to move and a good size bathroom. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. Pick up and drop off service to airport was great. There is a good range of restaurants and bars an easy 5 minute walk away. The hotel seemed to be remote from Athens but suited our one night stopover with airport connections. I doubt that it would be suitable for tourists wanting to see the sights of Athens town. |

Arrived 16.30 to find whole ground floor being redeveloped and room not ready. Had booked a suite. It was the only room on 4th floor and lift only wnet to 3rd. Missing lights, no phone, curtains, blinds, door to bedroom broken, kitchen area ripped out. On second night returned at 17.30 to find room not made up. Breakfast a joke - no fruit, eggs or real bread; plastic cheese and ham in very small room on 1st floor. Staff not interested or helpful. Generally unkempt. |

Pickup service to and from the airport is very comfort. but the location is really far far away to all the sightseeings. The hotel promised to pick us up also from the port of Athen, but it did not happen. We have to take the tram to the end and then were picked up there by the hotel taxi. |

This was, by far, the nicest place we stayed during a 21 day trip that included Paris, London, Nice and Athens! The hotel had a taxi meet us at the airport - a wonderful accommodation for two tired travelers at 11:30 PM! When we arrived at the Anixi, we were registered with no fuss and retired to our lovely, air conditioned room where we were delighted to discover a small refrigerator stocked with cold drinks! Our seven night stay was exceptionally nice. The staff served a simple but very good breakfast. The wireless internet worked flawlessly, and there is also a computer on the third floor for general use. Within walking distance are grocery and beverage stores, restaurants, and stops for buses that take you to the Metro. We had absolutely no complaints whatsoever! This is a quaint, old European-style hotel, and we appreciated it as such. |

The staff was great and very helpful. They offered us a ride to the nearest train station whenever we wanted, and they offer a free transfer from the airport and then to the port after our stay. There was no bar, no restaurant, or anything that booking.com said there would be. I never saw the fruit and wine that was supposed to be on the room every day. I was very disappointed because I wanted a hotel that I could just stay at and relax (have a drink, eat at the hotel restaurant and relax) but the first thing we had to do was to walk down the street (by the way, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere) to find some place we could eat - starving after our travel. |

Free transfer for city center was organised with a cab for the evening of the arrival for compensating the delay at the port (see below) Transfer from the Pireus was an ordeal : We had to arrive at the port at 3.00 PM and had call the hotel at 9.00 AM : everything was OK on the phone but nobody at the arrival. 2 hours late. The following day, we had booked a transfer for the airport and leave the hotel at 8.30 AM. We finally left with 25 min late. The hotel staff is overwhelmed, says "yes" to all and finally does only what it wants. |

Location, access to city and access to transportation. Most everything else. Way too basic for most travelers. Breakfast was not adequate of poor quality, variety and not enough in quantity to service guests. Staff was poorly trained and inadequate in number to tackle the job. Smelly rooms (possibly due to carpeting) and very smelly corridors due to guests cooking food with strong odors in rooms. Bathrooms without curtains that created a dangerous slippery "flood" in bathroom. |

A true gem. Value for money at its best. Recently reconstructed and redecorated to a cosy boutique hotel, at a suburb where the rich and famous of Athens reside. The owner doesn't need a second chance to supply anything complementary. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, plus the A/C worked just fine during the day. Very clean room, kind of romantic too. Next time, i will go for the suites. Plus, the price offered. What a catch! Only the taxi from Athens to the airport cost 50 euros, and i got the transfer from/to airport for FREE! 24 hour rom service |
