If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The long sandy beach of Yialos is at the right of the port. There are more restaurants, bars, cafes and water sports located here. This beach is a good alternative to the more crowded Mylopotas.
Skarkos' hill is just five minutes walking distance from hotel and here visitors can see the remains of an Early Bronze Age settlement. This in an important archaeological site, as it is evidence of the existence of a, much earlier, developed society. Amongst the many findings are some well-preserved walls and vessels.

The owners were fantastic and couldnt be of more help. We needed to do our laundry and they offered to do it for us at no charge. (We were the only ones staying at the hotel at the time!) Property was always very clean. Being picked up from the port was definately a plus!! Was a little distance away from the main town but we hired a 4 wheeler which made everything very accessible. |

Nicky and Lisa were very accomodating, friendly and made me feel welcome. They gave me great references for local restaurants and beaches. The hotel had a bit of a rural feel due to the braying donkey and the herd of goats nearby. I was charmed by this. |

fantastic staff the really cared, gave us a breakdown of everything, always around to help, picked us up from the port, so much help, it was like going to stay with family, the rooms where clean, the place was quiet, the pool was fantastic, we didn't want to leave. |

Niki and his wife (the owners) were nice and helped us with anything we needed. When we arrived Niki's wife told us everything there is to know about Ios, she was very nice and extremely helpful since every one of her advices turned out to be true! The rooms are comfortable, furniture basic but sufficient. We liked the position since it is near the port, where all the really good restaurants, as well as some nice beaches are. We enjoyed the pool, owners keep it very clean. Internet connection was excellent. Free private parking space in front of the hotel was helpful since we rented a car. Shower curtain was problematic - it was too small and we flooded the bathroom every time we showered. Our balcony had no shade at all, and it was too hot to sit there and drink or eat. |

The owners of the hotel were wonderful. very helpful and informative. wasn't to far from shop and beach. had to pay for breakfast but it was very nice. free a/c in rooms plus a TV with English speaking channels. |

The staff were remarkably welcoming. They picked us up at the port and then sat down with us individually and went through the island's sites and discussed attractions and logistics. The room was very spacious and had a balcony. The shower curtains are not terribly effective and it's almost impossible not to get the floor wet. |

This hotel is well located in a very quiet place near the port of Gialos, which is good to know as Ios is such a crowdy place, famous for its trendy bars & restaurants. Excellent combination. The hotel is quite comfortable, large swimming pool, access to internet, family atmosphere and great advices from Nikkie and his wife. |

The hotel itself including the pool was very nice while the family running it were incredibly helpful and friendly providing a wealth of information and advice about the local area and the island. The location of the hotel is better for those not wishing to be right in the centre of the busier town. However, a taxi is very cheap and a bus runs from the port (10mins walk from the hotel) to the town every 15mins until midnight. However, for those not wanting the livelier nightlife, the port itself has several restaurants/bars. |

Nicki & Lisa are excellent hosts & work hard to ensure your stay is a happy one. Complimentary transport from & to the port is provided by Nicki & he often offers you a lift to the port at other times,very welcome when it is particularly hot. The hotel room was large,clean with a good balcony & the a/c & shower worked well, not always the case in Greece! There is a beautiful swimming pool & cold beers etc. are available to buy. Breakfast was not included in the price but you could buy it separately. The hotel is situated a 9 minute easy walk to the start of the beach road leading to the port & a further 9 min. Walk to the tavernas,bus to the Chora,shops etc. Highly reccommened. |

Great family run hotel. We loved it. - Nicki and the family mad us most welcome and gave us excellent advice on things to do in the Island. Location was great for us - just a 10 minute (flat) walk to the port/beach and away from any noise.. We will be back. |
