Je n'ai passé qu'une seule nuit dans cet hôtel et ne peut donc donner un avis que sur cette courte période. Arrivée à 21h, très bien accueillie par l'hôtesse, chambre pas très grande mais correcte et très propre avec petit balcon donnant directement sur le port. Une corbeille de fruits offerte et un mini bar très bien fourni. Petit déjeuner très copieux et personnel de salle très sympathique (dommage qu'il ne parle pas du tout français). La situation de l'hôtel, sur le port de Chania très animé le soir, offre la possibilité d'être tout de suite dans l'ambiance de la vie nocturne Crétoise.

Vue sur la mer. Emplacement. Petit déjeuner. Personnel. Deco lobby et restaurant.

Parking gratuit mais anarchique. Décoration chambre. Taille et decoration salle de bain. Téléviseur antique.

1) Location was excellent, right at the old harbour 2)Fresh orange juice was available during breakfast. Still, fried and pouched eggs is a huge ommision from the buffet (the hotelier must invest on a Ben Marie) 3) The night's shift receptionist is very communicative and helpful, he is definitely a strong asset of the hotel 4) The blonde lady that was in charge of the restaurant during breakfast time was very kind, communicative and helpfull too.

1) I did not like the attitude of the trainee receptionist. She was impolite,ironic and did not know some basic procedures of her field (i.e a customer that makes a booking via this site can also pay his/her accomodation without displaying his/her credit/debit card . The card's details are at the availability of the hotelier from the minute that booking.com informs the hotel for the reservation!!! ) 2) This is not a four star hotel. It is a three star hotel!!! 3) There was no bell boy to assist us with our luggage. 4) I realized that this hotel attaches single beds into one and then names this a double bed!!! 5) The bathrooms of the hotel are really small (especially the showers) and need serious rennovation 6) The hotel is not cosy enough

Well located near the city center, restaurants, bars and the old harbour. The room with front sea is beautiful. It is very nice to have fruits in the room in arrival

Expensive for the room conditions taking in account the low season. The bathroom was very narrow

Charming, located in quaint harbor site, close to restaurants and museums, very helpful staff even giving up her parking spot for us, somewhat difficult to find if you are driving yourself and don't know Greek, wonderful beds and linens

Room space is quite restricted, especially the bathroom.

The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean

The room was very small and the price of the hotel was high for the facilities it offered

I really liked the staff. Anne during the week, and Maria on weekends. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is on the seaside in Xania but a little out of the nighttime confusion so it is quiet. I would recommend if you are two people asking for a triple room to have a little more space, the doubles are a bit small. But so be it. We did not have a sea view, but that may be better for 'quiet fanatics' like ourselves.

The breakfast was good.

The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional and the location on the Venetion Harbor was great.

Location; just one step from the old town and same time very quiet,helpfull stuff,very good value for the money
