The room had a view of the old harbour.

The room was dirty...the carpets were stained and the walls needed a paint job. Also, the bathroom and shower were tiny.

The location couldn't have been better. It was in walking distance of lots of nice restaurants, lounges, and shopping, with scenic harbor views. I went during the off season, and I can only imagine what the area around the hotel is like during the summer. I would definitely be the place to be if you wanted to be in the middle of everything. The room was kept very clean, and was a decent size as European hotels go.

Even thought the room was clean, It was in definite need of an updating. The carpet was old (I'm glad they provided slippers, I'm not sure I would want to walk on it with my bare feet). The bed was extremely hard, very uncomfortable. The shower stall was poorly designed. I would recommend hard sliding doors instead of a flimsy cloth curtain that does not prevent water from going all over the bathroom floor.

Location on the harbor is excellent. From the hotel, one can walk to all Chania's points of interest, restaurants and shopping. The view from our 3rd floor balcony was charming and the sunset beautiful. Free in-room Wi-fi was convenient.

We had asked for a double bed in our reservation, but got two separetely made twin beds pushed together. We know this is frequently the case in Greece, but had made a specific request. Bathroom, while clean, had a very small standup shower with a too-long and flimsy curtain that blocked the drain, causing no small amount of water to flow onto the bathroom foor. This meant we had to use towels to prevent a wholesale flood into the bedroom....

Scenic location with more than adequate comfort for a vacation. Excellent buffet breakfast....fresh squeezed orange juice much, much appreciated!! A winner!

Design of bathrooms is way too cramped. Admittedly, this is a hard problem to overcome, but they should seriously rethink the design whenever they renovate the hotel in the future.

Very convenient location for Heraklion and the port

Well situated on the waterfront but away from the busy areas. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of fresh fruit and orange juice and courteous service. Room was small but adequate however the bathroom was tiny. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it on location alone.

The old part of Chania city is a nice short walk away from the hotel. That means that you can enjoy the charms of that part of town without the noise of crowds and bars when you want to sleep! Parking a car is also easy since there are a number of public car parks nearby. The breakfast was excellent (better than most hotels in Crete)

There was nothing that we disliked about the hotel - the two shortcomings it has (which did not bother us) are that the hotel does not have a swimming pool nor is it particularly near any beaches

The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast served was also very good.

It is a great location for walking around the Chania. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and they were willing to do an early breakfast for us on a day we need to leave early. I would recommend this to friends. The room was air conditioned which was great for the hot weather in July in Chania.

We enjoyed a very relaxing overnight stay all the staff were very good and attentive especially Anna we will look forward to staying again in the future
