Lilium Villas is just amazing! Thank you so much for making our honey and baby moon soo perfect. Lilium is truly located in a perfect position, the rooms are a great size and so clean, the breakfast is great, the view is just breathtaking and Maria and Liza at the reception were always so helpful and we loved our daily chats with them! We hope to come back and visit soon.. Tali and Itai ;)
What you see on the internet is what you get. Good location
This place is excellent! Beautiful, clean and well located. We stayed at the honeymoon suite... just marvelous. Extra comfort bed, shower with sea view and a private jacuzzi! The staff was really helpful and friendly. They can help you to rent a car and the price is cheaper than if you do it on your own. The breakfast is great and has fresh juice! In love with this place...
We are celebrating our wedding anniversary and they gave us a free upgrade to their suites....The service and hospitality is topnotch, particularly Lisa who is very helpful in suggesting different tours and places to visit. Breakfast is also good and they also offer free shuttle service to the city
The pool are not heated, so it will be really difficult to use them if not summer, but they do upgrade us to a room with Jacuzzi which totally makes up for it....other than that, everything is perfect. Will definitely suggest this hotel
We stay at the suite with private pool, it's amazing. Breathtaking view, the room was perfect. Excellent staff (Maria you are the best!) the facilities are pretty pretty good, really nice restaurant and a great breakfast. The location is in a quiet zone not too far from Fira, you got free transfers to reach the town. I want to come back as soon as possible to this Hotel, it's a paradise on earth.
Spotless towels and excellent power shower. Spacious room, superb views, good breakfast and restraunt and very helpful staff. Regular transit to and from Fira.
Bathroom needed freshening up.
I could not get enough of the views! Spectacular! We had a sea view room, although I think all rooms overlook the Agean...but my balcony was my favourite spot! Best sunset view! Great staff! We rented a car but the hotel offers regular shuttles into Fira where you can also get a bus to anywhere. Found a delightful bakery right across the street. Breakfast offered was a wide selection of hot and cold and staff very friendly and helpful. Wifi was mostly reliable, dropped a couple of times, but who cares when you have such beautiful views! :)) Not only do I recommend but I will upgrade next time I stay to a suite!
Walking distance from Fira but quieter than town centre. Courtesy bus into Fira. Pleasant staff. Large spotless room and bathroom. Good choice at breakfast. Amazing views.
Evening meal in restaurant disappointing but plenty of great places in Fira.
More like what s not to love about this hotel; while not in center of fira, for us it was for the best since it s a more quiet location; there is a wine tasting place fairly close to it, opposite direction of fira; they also have a minivan that takes guests to fira cpl times a day and the other way round ; walking to fira is like 30 minutes by the sea; the staff was so nice and helpfull; tastefully decorated spacious room with gorgeus view; the breakfast had a lot of good food to chose from; we loved our stay there!
The hotel is situated right at the caldera so you have stunning view on the small islands around. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is amazingly helpful and really nice. Great choice at the breakfast, however a bit repetitive. Overally, I would definitely recommend the hotel.
Being located on the rocks also means that there are lots of stairs so not really suitable for elderly people or small kids. Also it is about an 30-minutes walk from Thira (through not very pleasant area) but you can use free shuttle bus organized by the hotel every two hours.
amazing sea view, nice room, friendly people, good breakfast
a little far to Fia, but with free bus.
breakfast, staff ,food, location, view from my room , i like everything.
i have nothing for dislike
Abit far from Fira.but still ok ,it offer shuttle bus.
My Partner & I stayed at the Lilium Villa whilst visiting Santorini. From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP's. Our room was superb - A suite that offered a complete balcony to ourselves & the most amazing view. Food was excellent & was very reasonably priced. A thoroughly wonderful time was had by all.
Cant really say we didn't like it but it should be pointed out that the hotel is a good 35 minute walk from Fira.
Good view and room
poor service, wifi can't connect even if they provide it
The location The facilities The attention to detail (even a kettle in the room, a real plus for early birds) The service The cleanliness
Amazing pool with a great view. The staff was amazing the owner should be proud of his team. Lisa and Maria were great
Dont ask for the local drink at the bar its not worth the experience
Views were amazing, breakfast in the morning was a nice spread with some hot items and the atmosphere was quite and relaxed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and were large and comfortable.
A little far from Fira town but we rented a car so we didn't have any problems getting around. The restaurant didn't have very good food. We ate out every meal except for some snack meals and breakfast because we found the food to be lacking when compared to the wonderful restaurants in Fira, Oia and Imerovigli. My husband found the bed to be very uncomfortable. However I found it just fine.
The staff were so friendly, they really added to the holiday. The view was amazing. Best sunset in the world. The hotel was in a great location with a great pool area. I hope one day I will be back at Lilium. A five star hotel with five star staff :-)
Honestly I can't think of one thing
Everything...this hotel is just the best...when you visit santorini you want a hotel that is just as special as the island itself...pure relaxation combined with absolute top quality from staff to food to hot tub on balcony with unobstructed view of the best sunset on earth...what more could you ever want from a hotel...perfect holiday in santorini cannot wait to return to lilium villa...
Having to leave...
The view was very beautiful overlooking the Caldera! If you want a very relaxing stay then this is the place for you. We stayed here for four days end of September. We had a room that was overlooking the pool and restaurant and we loved it. If you want complete privacy then I suggest a room below the pool level.
This hotel isn't really located close to anything, so you either have to rent a car, take a taxi or use their free scheduled bus shuttle to get to Fira (a 5 to 10 minute ride). Most hotels, restaurants and shops are in Fira. Also if you plan to vacation in Santorini around September or October make sure to bring warmer close to wear cause it gets very windy and much cooler in the evenings.
Hot tub Pool View Clean
Thin Walls Slow Wifi Average breakfast
-view to die for -pool area and pool very chic and atmospheric -cleanliness -sitting area off the room -Shuttle service to town (4-5 times a day) -good restaurant hotel -Quiet if your room gives onto sea There is a debate among the reviewers has to whether or not the Lilium is a 'luxury' hotel. Although not luxury in every category I will say that it is certainly luxury where it counts the most.
-small tv in rooms , but we did not watch TV so no problem -standard rooms a bit small especially bathroom - sitting area outside room not very private if room gives onto pool -no free shuttle to airport-port - long walk to town
