The friendliness, the views, the drinks and food. The hot tub and pool had very cold water in them. Very few people swam. |

The staff was very friendly and always there to answer our questions. The reception was open 24 hours which is awesome. Also we got upgraded to a suite and the suite was pretty impressive. Rooms were very clean and the location, on top of the caldera, was very amazing. Shuttle times to Fira, although approximately 5-6 during the day, but it requires planning in advance as far as trips to the city center, Thira are concerned. |

Every room has a spectacular caldera view. However, what really impressed us about this hotel was the exceptional service we received. The staff went out of their way to help us on numerous occasions. I needed an iron and there wasn't one in the room so they lent us one immediately. I wanted to wash a stain off my shirt and they gave me some free laundry detergent. They gave us good advice on where to go and what to see, etc, etc.. A welcome change from other hotels we've stayed at in Greece The restaurant was only mediocre |

the view from the window was beautiful!! Was wonderfull to wake at the morning with that view. Cute small breakfast and a supermarket near by the hotel. the bath was a bit dirty (yellow spots) as well as the bath-curtain.. Also, watch out from those stairs at the entry of the room and bathroom. |

Fantastic view over caldera. Co-operative personnel. Fresh facilities. Good and not crowded pool. Adequate breakfast. You can not enjoy the island from this hotel without a rented car, nothing (except for a fantastic caldera view) within a walking distance. |

The view from the pool - and virtually every room - was just like the website photos. It was simply stunning! I say "virtually every room" because our room was to the side of the restaurant so it our view was not as expansive (?), but we still had an amazing view. The staff was truly wonderful, so helpful and willing to answer any question. The hotel was close to town but far enough away that we were able to enjoy the view and sun and pool with minimal traffic noise. There is a shuttle that goes into Fira five times a day that was so convenient. The rooms were large and spacious and each had its own balcony or patio. Oh, and Ampelos, in Fira, has the best souvlaki I've ever had! (Thanks Marcos, for the suggestion!) The bed linens and towels were changed everyday, which I certainly appreciate - but they were so rough from all the washing and bleaching. I just want to suggest fabric softener! |

Amazing view from all rooms. Very nice pool area. Helpful reception It would be expected for a hotel of its price to have food available at all hours. The restaurant and snack bar closed after lunch and reopened for dinner, so in the hours in between there was no food available. Also, the service at the pool needs improvement. |

The view was amazing, one of the best in the island, it wasn´t in the center of Thira but very close and we rented a car so it was perfect because we didnt´t had the noise and the confusion. The acess to the hotel is easy, the pool is big comparing to other hotels. It is a bit expensive, but you are paying for the location of the hotel. |

The position is clearly outstanding, and the room was comfortable. Not really a major complaint but there were three of us and my son found the sofa bed a lttle uncomfortable considering the room rate was quite expensive. |

The view of the Caldera, the size and comfort of the studio with own terrace overlooking the Caldera, the breakfast was good, being a little bit outside Fira For the price, it would be good for transfers to the port to be included and the hotel to get in touch when booking to arrange this. |

The rooms were beautiful and very spacious and the views of the caldera were stunning. We also like the helpful and friendly staff at reception. The floors in the bedroom needed a better clean. The quality of the breakfast was average. |

Everything was perfect! The best part was the great service! The staff was really polite, they picked us up at the port and drop us at the airport, they were really friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good and the hotel was just great, seaside and literally 5 minutes away on foot to Mykonos town. |
