Very friendly and helpful staff. From the taxi transfer to the receptionist. Anca and the day shift lady were excellent and very helpful. Charge for transfer from and to port / airport. |

lovely view, not so good from our room. lovely pool but forget about infinity pools-reserved for private suite. free transfers to Thira nice touch but could do with one at 8pm.. helpful recptionists. Lovely view of sunset round pool. Potentially great place spoilt by penny pinching at odds with 200euro p/n cost..eg free internet= free wifi or 2x internet cafe rate to use reception laptop! closing breakfast at 10.30 sharp &removing all access to juice drinks! I've stayed in hotels 1/3 price that dont do these things..20mins walk from town (check maps before booking). Bit stuffy. Service round pool poor.. 20 mins to order drink at quiet times..we gave up waiting to order a cocktail to watch sunset.. had waited 25mins for cocktail after ordering earlier in day.. prob understaffed.receptionists nice & helpful but friendliest thing round pool is the cat! Noted on booking form that we were on honeymoon..not recognised by hotel.. first place not to say congrats on trip! |

We enjoyed the amazing views and the relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was below standard expexted from a four star hotel and no orange "juice" only orange drink made up with water. There was some road noise mostly notable at night. |

The hotel staffs are very frinedly. The hotel was quite quiet has a great veiw of Cardela. While we ate 3-4 times dinner and 2-3 times lunch there, those are delicious. (Breakfast was fair but not so delicious, though.) Some of the facility was a bit older but maybe enough to stay in an island of Greece. |

The view and the sunsets were wonderful. The office staff was very helpful and made us feel we were truly important. The small size of the property allowed us to get to know other guests. It was a very intimate place and would book again. no not really |

Quiet, relaxing hotel with spectacular volcano view. Outside of main city of Fira. Hotel offers rides to and from Fira. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rent a car through the hotel. They had better rates than I received online. |

Excellent and helpful staff. Thought room was ok, the view was excellent. The shower was a design disaster and flooded the floor at every use. We requested a tripple (three separate beds) room via room request when booking, this was not not available but no-one told us, so we were dissatisfied with the room configuration. The staff offered to give us a rather old looking z bed, but for three adults, grandmother, mother an daughter, this wasn't an option there was no space in the suite for an extra bed. The kitchen area was v basic which we didnt use. The balcony was lovely, fabulous views. We didnt use the spa although it looked lovely as it was very expensive for uk travellers. Fira is great for shopping, courtesy bus was v useful. |

The location is outstanding, situated along the rim of the Caldera below the city of Fira, approximately a four-minute drive. The hotel has limited facilities, but those which it possesses are very good. The pool & cool-water jacuzzi were clean and refreshing... the restaurant / bar provide a nice menu selection and good food (from our experience)... the hotel is smartly equipped with a van that provides free shuttle services into Fira several times each day and will provide unscheduled service for a small (four euro) fee... the wireless internet service was complementary. Our suite had a kitchenette, equipped with cooking facilities and refrigerator (stocked with mini-bar items). The hotel advertised our room as a "suite with jacuzzi", but in fact the bathroom only had a tub equipped with a couple of air jets. Sadly, the tub wasn't especially clean, so we never enjoyed it. Gladly, this is the only item we did not like about the Lilium Villa - which we believe was the best value we enjoyed during our 2-week sojourn through Greece |

Staff were outstanding! Marie, Loukas, and others went out of their way to answer questions and cheerfully assist us during Beaufort 5-6 winds that required a change of travel plans. Setting is beautiful and quiet. Convenient free shuttle van makes regular runs into town. |

This was a very charming stay, both the staff and the room were really appealing. The view from the room is astonishing, the food was good, at concierge they also help to rent a car and solve very quicly and efficientely a small issue arised with the car rental company. I'd definitely return to this hotel, we had other reservations already made, otherwise i would have spent here the whole vacation... there's a magic atmosphere. It's true the location can be a issue, but this will bring you out of the crowd, it's still possible to walk to the city center, or use their free shuttle, or if coming back late in the evening just get a cab for a price of euro 5. I was a little worried reading few reviews about the location, after staying at the property, i can't really understand those people... |

View was excellent, out of this world. The hotel is located at cliff edge, and you can see the sea and the volcano from the room. The room was also spacious for 3 people. There was also ample parking space. |

The view as we entered, was nothing like we could've imagined. It just blew us away. The hotel staff were very helpful and good mannered. The restaurant lunch was good. The room cleanliness was great. Maria and Anka at reception were great help in us exploring Santorini better. There's a Mexican restaurant nearby. I would highly recommend that place for the food (and if you like it, please mention you read Amit's review and came. I wont get any money, but i promised them, that I would spread a good word about them) There was a drainage issue when we stayed there. But after trying a couple of times, when they could not fix it, they gave us a new room. However a room upgrade would've been great for the hassle we went through because of the drainage issue. |

The view and the distance to the city was only 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive and I was very nice to live a little distance from Fira the main city. Car hire was nice and easy in the reception and the price was cheaper or the same as the many other rental places on the island. Food was good at the hotel, but 3-4 minutes walk south there is a Mexican restaurant witch served really nice food. Transportation to and from the airport cost 12 euro to persons! |
