Caldera's Lilium Villa

The volcano view of the hotel is fantastic in balcony of every suite. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset while swimming in the pool. The room is generally clean and fully equiped with all the things you might need, fridge cooking machine etc.

It is a liitle bit noisy at night beasue the hotel is just at the side of the main road to down town. And the hotel is also a little bit far from down town Fira.(There is shuttle service to the down.) The wifi signal in the suite is pool, you need to go to receiption for better signal of internet access.

设施需要更新了。比如卫生间的排气扇噪音太大啦！水龙头破了锈了。房间居然一个全身镜都没有。这些都是最基- 本的设施哦！早餐内容一般，相对100欧一晚的价格。如果自己没车，很不方便。只有靠酒店的shuttel- bus.但不是很多，而且只到Fira. 到港口接送都要另外加钱的。第一次打电话的时候说15欧，第二次打电话确认时说20欧。当天收了12欧。感- 觉是看工作人员心情定价的。

The view and the sunsets were wonderful. The office staff was very helpful and made us feel we were truly important. The small size of the property allowed us to get to know other guests. It was a very intimate place and would book again.

Excellent and helpful staff. Thought room was ok, the view was excellent. The shower was a design disaster and flooded the floor at every use. We requested a tripple (three separate beds) room via room request when booking, this was not not available but no-one told us, so we were dissatisfied with the room configuration. The staff offered to give us a rather old looking z bed, but for three adults, grandmother, mother an daughter, this wasn't an option there was no space in the suite for an extra bed. The kitchen area was v basic which we didnt use. The balcony was lovely, fabulous views. We didnt use the spa although it looked lovely as it was very expensive for uk travellers. Fira is great for shopping, courtesy bus was v useful.

Staff were outstanding! Marie, Loukas, and others went out of their way to answer questions and cheerfully assist us during Beaufort 5-6 winds that required a change of travel plans. Setting is beautiful and quiet. Convenient free shuttle van makes regular runs into town.

This was a very charming stay, both the staff and the room were really appealing. The view from the room is astonishing, the food was good, at concierge they also help to rent a car and solve very quicly and efficientely a small issue arised with the car rental company. I'd definitely return to this hotel, we had other reservations already made, otherwise i would have spent here the whole vacation... there's a magic atmosphere. It's true the location can be a issue, but this will bring you out of the crowd, it's still possible to walk to the city center, or use their free shuttle, or if coming back late in the evening just get a cab for a price of euro 5.

I was a little worried reading few reviews about the location, after staying at the property, i can't really understand those people...

View was excellent, out of this world. The hotel is located at cliff edge, and you can see the sea and the volcano from the room. The room was also spacious for 3 people. There was also ample parking space.

The view as we entered, was nothing like we could've imagined. It just blew us away. The hotel staff were very helpful and good mannered. The restaurant lunch was good. The room cleanliness was great. Maria and Anka at reception were great help in us exploring Santorini better. There's a Mexican restaurant nearby. I would highly recommend that place for the food (and if you like it, please mention you read Amit's review and came. I wont get any money, but i promised them, that I would spread a good word about them)

There was a drainage issue when we stayed there. But after trying a couple of times, when they could not fix it, they gave us a new room. However a room upgrade would've been great for the hassle we went through because of the drainage issue.
