Location - too far from the good Tsilivi beach which is on the other side of the town - too far for walking, thankfully we had a car.
Kitchen wasn't great: 2-ring cooker, one ring is only big enough to use for a coffee maker; the absolute minimum of utensils was provided - for 3 people we had 2 spoons, 4 forks, 3 water glasses, 2 wine glasses, NO wine opener (in Greece, hello!), no small plates, no good knife for cutting vegetables, melons etc - only eating knifes were provided that couldn't cut anything.
There was supposed to be free Wi-Fi in the public areas - it was extremely hard to find a public area where Wi-Fi was available, and connection was very poor.
Staff was not easy to find - it is a family hotel, they don't have many employees - reception is rarely attended.
Bar service was extremely slow and they couldn't make proper mojito.
Size of the room, the pool, the small size of the hotel, parking on site, cleaning every day, changing bed clothes and towels every second day.
