some of the staff were very helpful. the reception did not seem to bothered that the air conditioning did not work in one of the three rooms I booked. Nor did they offer to make any gesture to make up for it. |

I was very upset with the way that my room was given to me, moreover the hotel staff was very arrogant and failed to give me relevent information on my room, and the fact that the room had 2 single beds. I tried in vain to change the beds, but as I was on excursions I found it difficult to change. |

I booked an executive room which was lovely as we had a seating area in the room. We put out the sign to have our room cleaned and only the bar fridge was stocked. |

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και φιλικότατο, η καθαριότητα και οι ανέσεις στο δωμάτιο καθώς και η ευρυχωρία του! Το πρωινό πάρα πολύ καλό όπως και το pool bar. Μια πολύ καλή εμπειρία γενικά! Ευχαριστώ πολύ! Μια καλύτερη διακόσμηση στο pool bar και τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο ίσως; |

Ondanks nachtelijke aankomst door vertraging vliegtuig met negen uur, werden we vriendelijk ontvangen. Er werd voor onze auto gezorgd om deze op een parking in de buurt te plaatsen. Lekker ontbijt. |

Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir den Zimmerschlüssel für ein belegtes Zimmer.An der Reception gab es dann Rätselraten, weil das für uns gebuchte Zimmer schon belegt war. Wir erhielten, da die Hütte fast belegt war, für zwei Personen ein Ein-PersonenZimmer zum gleichen Preis. |

Hotellet er generelt noget slidt, men det ligger meget centralt i byen, og tagtaresse med en god udsigt men også slidt, men dejlig pool! Specielt badeværelserne trænger til renovering! er bruserne lavet til pygmæer???? |

Il est en plein centre ville. On accède facilement au centre historique. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix. La mauvaise qualité du petit déjeuner. Le personnel n'est pas très professionnel. Les chambres sont petites. |
