The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was great not to have to worry about parking the car as they had a valet service. Wonderful central location would highly recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel for one night as we had a flight out of Heraklion the next day. Very comfortable hotel with good service. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool as we had a late flight--it was really nice to cool off in the pool and relax on the rooftop after doing some sightseeing during the day. The hotel is located within walking distance to shopping, port.

I enjoyed the pool on the top when I needed a much needed break from the city.The room was spacious as I was a single and it was great that the room was comfortable and not small.

I was a bit disappointed when I got up at 8.30 and the buffet was quite empty even though they had a great selection in the morning. I was lucky to see it the morning before at 7.oo . I am sure they refill it but it should be done sooner and quicker.

Awesome pool on top of the roof, a relaxing, not to crowded (end of july) atmosphere. Great location, best breakfast of our seven-week trip, although that may say more about the average standard elsewhere. A computer providing free internet in the lobby was almost always unoccupied, which was nice.

The bed was not the best, and I would expect more from a hotel of this standard/price.
