Ottima posizione, davvera nel cuore della città. L'hotel è abbastanza confortevole, dotato di una piccola piscina all'ultimo piano. I prezzi non sono molto convenienti perchè non adeguato alla categoria 4 stelle. Infatti ricorda forse un tre stelle, almeno di quelli che si trovano in italia.Il personale non eccede in simpatia ma è pronto a risolvere imprevisti e problemi, come nel nostro caso (chiusura non completa della finestra e bagno non pulito come di dovere) Pulizia cortesia |

La posizione è ottima, in centro città e facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto. Buona la qualità del servizio e il confort in generale. Ho usufruito del parcheggio a pagamento, ma non sono stato avvisato anticipatamente che mi sarebbe stato addebitato un giorno intero in caso di partenza dopo le ore 10 del mattino. |

The location of the hotel is great, the room was quite big and very comfortable, the staff was very helpflul. I would recommend this hotel. |

The Hotel is nice however we requested a room with a balcony what we got was a real narrow one so we upgraded to the honeymoon suite which seemed to be the only room with a decent balcony.The food was a disaster meaning everything was cold whether breakfast or dinner worst part was staff did not seem to care about that fact Cold Food and not enough variety |

Our room was large, overlooking a main square, ideal for centre of town, buses, museums, airport. It was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good. All staff except at Reception were efficient and friendly. Reception staff seemed unhelpful, unwelcoming, preoccupied and often surly. We felt there was little respect for guests. Their attitude was not a good start to our stay, which was ok after that. |

I wanted to stay at the centre of the city and the Capsis Astoria Hotel is really a very good option. Additional good point is nice breakfast not only with international food but also with Greek food. |

Room service was quick and accurate and the roof swimming pool obviously offers some great views over the city The wifi was slow to non-existent in the room, small balcony filled up with "leaking" aircon units and the shower/bath combo where the shower was only handheld. |

Friendly comfortable with a good knowledge of the area and surrounds. The hotel itself was a 8 out of 10. its location was a bit out of the way |

The hotel is situated on the main square and very close to some museums and shopping streets. It's a nice hotel but very noisy. Nice view from the terrace with a tiny swimming pool. Nevertheless we recommend it! The room was not very clean. |

Very good location. Walking distance to all central sights. Rooms were not very clean (urine on the toilet). Bathroom fittings worn out. Hotel staff went through all my car's accessories (electric seats, navigation, mirrors etc.) while parking it. Would suggest other options instead. |

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was really nice. The guests could feel freely during they stay at this hotel. Since it was in the centre of the town, the hotel was a little bit noisy at hight. |
