We found the hotel excellent both in terms of services and staff. The location requires a walk to most things, but it is only five or ten minutes to the restaurants and shops. There is hotel parking under the hotel which is useful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. Breakfast is massive. The bar is not too expensive. We didn't care but some people might be put off by the fact that the hotel is in The Red Light District. |

Room was comfortable - but may be I was lucky - I had double room for single use - I don't know if I had a single room what that would be - but I was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good - good variety.Free internet was also a great help. The only thing is the location - a bit far away from the centre - but again the city is not very large - so for those who don't mind to walk a bit it is still good. |

Excellent breakfast (a big variety of sweet and hot dishes) and swimming pool on the roof. The room was large and had good air conditioning. In total great price for value. When I dropped something under my bed, I saw a lot of dust and a used packet of chips of previous customers (and it was even not our first night). The visible parts of the room were clean though. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is very central. It is a large characterless place more sutiable for business or a confernece than a holiday. |

The hospitality The neighborhood is a bit empty during night and someone hardly takes the risk of a night walk there. Apart from that you can call a cab throught the reception to get you to more popular places. |

It is near downtown Thessaloniki. Easy to find it. I couldn't take the "free sauna session" as advertised, because "the lady who take care of it" is not working Today, not Tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow I left... |

Nice hotel, affordable luxury, spacy and clean rooms, in a few minutes walk from downtown. Really satisfied. Breakfast too expensive, yet nothing special. Pool opens only from 11am to 7pm, it's nothing special. |

There is a little gym with good equipment to use. On the roof there is a little pool that can be nice although it was not so flexible to enter because we had to wait for some time because they sent the lifeguard home (rain). It should just be open all the time with someone there, guests simply pay for the facility... It all looks rather old and old fashioned, for example at breakfast. It is on the other side of town not very close to the center (not very far either, 30 min walk) and in an area that is not really tidy.besides that there were construction works all over the place (august 2009) and I do not see them be completed any time soon. |

The pool on the roof was nice. The room interiors were also great. Good english movies on at night on the stations. Air conditioning was strong. The food at breakfast was very oily and heavy. It made me feel sick more then once. The staff was nice but not very helpful. They couldn't understand splitting the room charge by two credit cards. In addition they couldn't figure out the bus schedule to the beach. More of the problem was just that Thessaloniki is an awful city. |

Close to the city center, very helpful staff, good breakfast, excellent parking for a fair price, very clean bathrooms No information available about opening times of Museums, we sinply went to some and found out when they are open. Concierge should know this things in a 4 stars hotel. |

Spacious comfortable common areasi.e. entrance, dining room, kind staff, breakfast choice Despite the pleasant bedroom furnishing there was not enough space available to make spending time in the room more comfortable. Also the cafeteria is perhaps missing contact or access to garden or outdoor view. |

The staff was very hepful and the pool and roof top terrace were nice. The food and drink prices were reasonable. The rooms were clean. The air conditioning in our hotel room did not cool the room completely. The hotel staff were attentive to the problem, however, it still did not work very well. |

Good Hotel with a nice pool. Pool was only open from 11.00 am till 7.00 pm which was not clear at the time we booked the Hotel. Also due to the limited opening hours there was no possibility to sit outside during the evening. |

Well...the reason for choosing this hotel was because it had a pool, boasted an exercise room, and spa facilities, which we thought would be a nice way to relax after a long drive from Athens. However.... The pool closed at 7:00 and didn't open until 11:00 the following day. Obviously these hours are for the convenience of the pool supervisor and not for the convenience of guests, particularly those with children. We were very disappointed. This was our reason for choosing this hotel. When our older children decided to use the gym after realizing they couldn't use the pool, they were kicked out of there as well. Very disappointing. |
