Capsis Hotel Thessaloniki  

The location of the Hotel ,easy bus trip to the city area, The breakfast spread was many and delicious,the staff is friendly and heipful,

The room is rather small for a 4 stars hotel.

Clean friendly hotel. Great location for sight seeing. Excellent breakfast great variety.

Only thing wrong was no tea/coffee facilities in room

The room has basic equipment but all you need is there, the wi-fi is free.

The water pressure in the shower is very bad and so its taking long times ti make a shower..the rest is ok.

I liked the rooms, we were there with 2 kids and we got two separated rooms with 2 bathrooms! The breakfast was very good.

Overestimated hotel, the prices are too high. There are 2 saunas for each gender!!! Are we in Turkey? And this all on extra charge after special reservation... Very poor. The location is bad, neverending construction works just infront of the hotel. The near train station and the satelite shops are very unpleasant view, oriental feeling....

air conditioning system very noisy and not so efficient (probably because old). surroundings streets look kind of dodgy (they may actually be OK, but the first impression is not so good)

We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. To our surprise, the room actually consisted of two separate rooms which both had a bathroom. That was a very good option to us and the price was Ok also. The swimming pool at the roof the the hotel was great for our kids.

It was important for us to stay in the city within walking distance of the tourist sites and attractions. All the sites in the lower city were only 15 minutes away walking which was perfect. Also it was important to have a pool for the children and the pool was large and excellent. I also used the fitnes center which was good and it was open when I needed it. The room was adequate. The room was clean and the front desk was very helpful.

Our children slept on a sofa bed and the mattress did not have much support. It was pretty flimsy. The location was fairly centrally located, but Thessaloniki is quite dirty and the area didn't seem the best. Also there was major road work going on outside the hotel which added to the area being unappealing. So even though the location was centrally located we didn't like the area and didn't feel completely safe at night.

Helpul and friendly and went out of their way to help with "non-residence" issues.

המלון יפה נקי ויחס הצוות מנומס.

Exω μείνει πολλές φορές κατά το παρελθόν στο ξενοδοχείο. αυτή την φορά μου δώσανε ενα καταπληκτικό ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο, μινι σουϊτα, πέρασα θαυμάσια. ανετο , μεγαλο κρεββάτι, "νταζαϊνάτος" χώρος εργασίας, άνετος ο χώρος της γκαρνταρόμπας, μεγάλο κ.λπ..ολα ηταν super. αντε και σε άλλα με ... υγεία.

ο μεγάλος αριθμός των αράβων, που κάπνιζαν παντού και ολο το ξενοδοχείο βρωμούσε τσιγάρο, εβγαινες απο το ασανσέρ και ο χώρος μύριζε καπνό με αποσμητικό χώρου... φρικη...
