The location was perfect and close to everything. Yiannis was very helpful and gave us lots of great recommendations to restaurants, mini markets , and attractions around and answered all of our questions ( we had lots of them!). Our apartment had nice, comfortable beds, towels, a small kitchen with basic things to use, a countertop stove,a full-size fridge, and a kettle. We had a nice balcony to sip in your morning coffee or rest at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it!

It’s the little things and efforts that make this place such wonderful. The host was there every day and asked us each time we were back if everything was fine, gave us information and even printed out our boarding cards. They asked for our arrival time in advance, so the rooms were already ready for us at noon. We were greeted kindly upon our arrival, the owner (who is really friendly) gave each of us a bottle of cold water after we asked if the tap water was safe to drink (which is, and tastes okay). They cleaned our rooms every 1-2 days, even did our dishes which we were not expecting at all. We left a note at the bathroom asking for a some more soap and were given a new bottle the next day. Enough kitchen amenities for cooking your own meals and nice balcony with a view.

Great location, very close to the city center but in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Our room was an optimally designed unit that was very clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and generous and provided us with great clues about sigthseeing and where to eat. Captain Yiannis is definitely a great discovery for accommodation in Kos downtown.
