most beautiful hotel i never seen real luxury service excellent staff

All staff were happy, friendly and helpful - there when you needed them and unobtrusive when you didn't. The location is away from the hotspots of the island but in a lovely 'local' village with walks, a few shops and good tavernas. Because there are only ten suites breakfast is cooked fresh to order every morning and the staff were happy to be flexible with 'off menu' requests.

I like a massage but didn't have one as I thought the prices were a bit steep - around €100 when I pay half that at home. There were a couple of days when our suite was not cleaned until late afternoon.

I absolutely loved our stay at Carpe Diem. From the minute we arrived, we were treated like special guests. The staff is outstanding! They consistantly went above and beyond what we asked. Valentina, the manager, was espeically wonderful. We had some issues with our travel plans and she handled everything so that we could go off and enjoy our time in Santorini. I've never had such amazing service! The daily breakfast was delivered to our room and was excellent. It was the perfect start to our days. The room was absolutely massive and beautifully decorated. The hotel is a ways out from the 'main' area of Santorini but I enjoyed the peace and quiet. We also stayed one night in Fira and I found myself wishing we were back out in the quiet of Carpe Diem. I highly recommend a stay here. You won't regret it!

Everything about Carpe Diem was perfect, we were made very welcome, the staff were so friendly. Having stayed on Santorini many times, it was our first in Pyrgos. It didn't disappoint. The views are breathtaking and it was so easy to get to other parts of the island. Breakfast was served on our terrace and was superb. Nothing was too much trouble, we cannot wait to return to this very special and beautiful place. Our only complaint is that our stay was too short. It is the ideal place to unwind from the stresses of work and life, we cannot recommend highly enough

The moment we walked through the gates we experience impeccable service that did not end throughout our stay. The staff were professional, polite and accommodating in every aspect and the hotel and amenities were beautiful!

Can't explain with words , that was best hotel I've been during my life , i experienced something which never gonna forget it . We had breakfast by private pool . Very clean and comfort bed. Had full privacy inside and outside of room . Will definitely come back. ** you should rent a car

Pool was a bit cold , however if you ask them , they will heat it up for you but will need about 11 hours to heat up ,

I liked the friendly way of the staff, although a very limited number but very helpful I also liked the view from the room and the simple furniture of it....

I didn't like that the water in the private plunge was very cold so I was not able to use it most of the time despite we were in July and the existence of this facility in the room was one of the main reasons of selecting the hotel.... I advise the management to heat it....

Beautiful hotel, staff were great and having breakfast in your room or by your own private pool was fantastic. Would certainly recommend it

We stayed at Carpe Diem the first night of our Honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The staff, the location are both fabulous. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

Un poco alejado pero con auto se soluciona

La vue imprenable sur l'ile. Le personnel souriant et disponible. Les services annexes de location de voiture. La sérénité et le zen de l’hôtel.

L'altitude (250 m) en avril expose au vent et à la fraicheur. En été c'est un plus.

Totalement survendu, une immense déception !

員工很nice，房間夠大，自選早餐很好吃，更會送到房間露台享用。房間數量不多，比較寧靜，景色也好，適- 合渡假。

地點比較偏，GPS在地圖上指出有上下2條路可到達，我們走上面那條通往酒店的路，原來汽車是不能通過的，- 要走地圖上下面那條路。

Celý personál byl velice laskavý a nápomocný, obzvlášť managerka hotelu Valentina. Měli jsme pocit, že nám chtějí snést modré z nebe a však né za každou cenu eura.

We spent 7 lovely honey moon nights in Capre Diem. Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel had a marvelous view of the all island and near to the beaches. Also was quiet (only ten rooms) and far from the “noisy city”. We really enjoy relaxing to our private swimming pool and the breakfast in our room (They serve it until 13:00 pm). The staff was friendly.

None all from the staff speak Greek. I would prefer due to economic crisis the staff to be Greek.The swimming was quite cold.If you visit this hotel you must have a car or atv

La location è molto bella ai piedi della collina di Pyrgo dalla quale puoi vedere tutta l'isola di Santorini. Per noi non era la prima volta sull'isola quindi trovo anche logisticamente piu' comoda la posizione che la Oia o Fira. La suite executive al piano piu' alto con piscina è molto accogliente, grande terrazzo e portico, piscina privata ( che come in tutta l'isola pero' si usa solo quandonon c'è vento...ma questo è normale). Colazione in terrazza ottima. Solo 10 suite quindi la massima privacy. Consiglio affitto auto.

Es un hotel maravilloso para pasar unos días y disfrutar de Santorini.

El agua de la piscina de la habitación está fria, creo que por el precio de la habitación podría tener calefacción.

απολαύσαμε τη μοναδική θέα του νησιού και την τελειότερη ανατολή...μας γαλήνεψε η απόλυτη ησυχία......

δύο πράγματα μας ενόχλησαν κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας στο Carpe Diem. το ότι ενώ είμασταν σε ένα απ'τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία της ελλάδος, τα πάντα ήταν στα αγγλικά ( δεν υπήρχε καν κατάλογος στη γλώσσα μας) και το ο,τι το 80% του προσωπικού ήταν αλλοδαποί (εν όψη της οικονομικής κρίσης στη χώρα μας). συγχαρητήρια πολλά στο μανώλη και την κωνσταντίνα για την ευγένια και την εξυπηρετικότητα τους!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, Der optimale Ort, um den Alltagsstress zu vergessen und zu entspannen.

Das Hotel hat uns als "Promotion" angeboten, eine Nacht in einem neueren Hotel zu verbringen. Dies war das absolute Desaster. Wegen einiger Baumängl hatten wir Lärm im Zimmer und konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen.

清净，是个放松心情的好地方

Ein stilvolles, sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit viel Komfort und strahlender Sauberkeit. Mit dem PW ziemlich schwierig zu finden, an beinah versteckter Lage. Doch wenn man es dann einmal gefunden hat, wird man von seinem Charme und seinem Komfort umso mehr überrascht.

El personal es muy amable, nos esperaban a la entrada cuando llegamos; la limpieza excelente, el desayuno estupendo, las vistas sobre Fira y a lo lejos Oia son espectaculares, sobre todo de noche. Está en Pyrgos, que no es costa, pero está a poca distancia de todo. Y el pueblo es una monada.

No me ha parecido correcto que digan que todo son suites, cuando a nosotros nos pusieron una simple habitación y éramos tres personas, por lo que aboné el suplemento de la tercera persona. Era una habitación amplia, pero no en exceso. Desde luego no una suite, que es lo que reservamos. No sé si es legal y correcto decir "suite" cuando es una simple habitación. Nos pusieron solo dos albornoces, y la barra del armario estaba caída y sujeta con unos alambres. Se supone que en un hotel de lujo, esto no pude permitirse.

Hervorragende Lagende auf ein Anhöhe unterhalb des Dorfes Pyrgos, tolle Aussicht, alle wichtigen Strände, Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Receptionsmitarbeiterin war perfekt, sehr hilfreich, gab uns gute Tipps und organisierte alles (Autovermietung, Ausflüge, Besuche in Gallerien, etc.). Tolles Design, sehr sauber, gute Atmosphäre für Paare (keine Kinder), sehr ruhig.

Das Frühstück ist eher eintönig (jeden Tag dasselbe), die Auswahl ist für ein Luxushotel eher Bescheiden. Die Servicemitarbeiter sprechen wenig bis keine andere Sprache ausser griechisch, macht die Verständigung ein bischen schwierig, aber ist o.k.
