The location is excellent, close to the harbour but far enough away to be quiet. The staff were very helpful. Because of the location in the old town thre are no major facilities - a small lounge only. |

The breakfast buffet was great, and the entrance lobby is beautiful. The room was twice the size I expected, with a jacuzzi tub, and great little balcony. Air conditioning was a definite plus, especially in hot August! Free internet. Close to harbour and beach. We were given a bill for the minibar we did not use, but we cleared that up easily. Free internet was nice, but there was only one computer available for use. |

The staff at the reception desk was outstanding. They were extremely helpful, kind and understanding. They gave excellent advice about restaurants and nearby beaches. We felt they really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Absolutely nothing. |

Proximity to the old Venetian harbour and restaurants lack of a lift - we had to climb 66 stairs to get to our room. Also the WiFi internet service only operated down in the courtyard and not in our room. |

Beautiful building in a beautiful location. Breakfast buffet was great and served in a lovely courtyard which was also perfect for sitting out in at all times of day. Room was lovely, split level with a nice balcony. Weather in early July was perfect. Bathroom was a little small and dark, but down to the nature of the building. |

Lo unico que me gustó fueron las fotos que figuran el la web del hotel La limpieza un desastre. Habia cucarachas. El desayuno muy malo y escaso. El cuarto de baño pequeño y sucio. Este hotel no se puede recomendar a nadie. |
