Struttura bellissima in zona tranquilla del centro della città vecchia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camere spaziose con grande bagno, molto pulite e molto belle. Ideali per chi cerca un' atmosfera romantica e la comodità di essere nel centro di Rethimno. Ottima e abbondante anche la colazione al buffet. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Il bagno è decisamente non all'altezza dello standard pubblicizzato nel sito: mancano appendini nei bagni, la doccia è minimal e la finestra della nostra camera dava sulla scala interna che portava ad altre camere. In camera, inoltre non ci sono comodini nè abajour.

All the staff went out of their way to accommodate my wishes. They were friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast was a delight, with meticulous attention to detail and very satisfying in both variety and delivery. I stayed in the Begonia suite and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious and extremely good value for the price with a very original bathroom which has been converted from what looks like an old Venetian fireplace. The breakfast waitress Maria in particular was wonderful and she took great pride in making the guests feel welcome and in the preparation and serving of the delicious breakfasts.

Beautiful rooms, excellent location, convenient for shops, restaurants, bars and sightseeing in the old town. Although situated in the centre of the old town the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast choice was limited but what there was was fresh and well presented.

Everything about our stay at Casa Vitae was incredible- better than we could have imagined. Maria, our hostess (the majority of the time), was so great- we actually missed her when we left. The property and rooms are gorgeous, the location is perfect and easy to find, the staff was so kind and helpful, and the whole experience made our honeymoon that much more perfect. We can't wait to return!

Good breakfast, very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, very central to everything in the old town

Casa Vitae Hotel is a cute boutique hotel in the middle of the old town. The superior double room, the Elia room, was perfect for our short honeymoon stay in Reythemnon.

The staff really didn't seem interested or knowledgeable in helping suggest tourist excursions. They were friendly, but just not very helpful.

This beatifully hotel is set within a very old building and is just perfect to stay within the city of Rethymno. The rooms are perfect, the staff could not be more pleasent and helpful and the garden is superb, all this and a healthy value for money breakfast was perfect to get you ready to explore this wonderful old city. My score is 10 out of 10. We will use it again and again for sure.

Un antic palau venecià, l'hotel éstà molt bé. La ubicació al casc antic de la ciutat. És un barri molt tranquil i recomenable de perdre-s'hi caminant. An old venetian palace, the hotel is so good. The location in the old town. It's a neighborhood so quiet and highly recommended to walk around on their streets.

El dia que vam arribar el calentador d'aigua no estava engegat. L'esmorzar és altament prescindible, a no sé que vulguis fer dieta... No hi ha parking a l'hotel, però a 5 minuts caminant podeu trobar lloc fàcilment. The day that we arrive the heater (of the water) is off, and we have to switch on, and await the hot water. The breakfast it's not necessary, really. Only recommended if you make a diet, and don't want to eat... There's not parking in the hotel, but if you walk 5 minutes you could find all the parking that you want.
