The hotel was good located and it was confortable. The personnel was friendly and the room and the badroom were big enough. Little details were not improved, as the light in the badroom or the doors of the rooms. It seems to be an old hotel, renovated and definetly clean kept. The outside facade needs some improvement, but at this time, it seems that most of the houses of Heraklion need paint. |

It was clean and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was excellent and they served a delicious breakfast. We ate dinner there one night and loved the view over the city. The wifi connection was fast and free. It is a little far from the city centre and the tourist attraction. However, it was easy to take a bus in to town and there were some good restaurants nearby. |

Superb rooftop restaurant with endless views across HERAKLION BAY. Breakfast on the balcony was superb start to the day. The hotel is 50 yards from Bus Sation B where services leave for the South East of the Island (Matalla; Aghia Gallini; Mires; Kalamaki). Pleasant, clean rooms- the best value in Heaklion for this quality of hotel. |

1.The city is quite safe,we walked back to hotel from city centre at 1:30 in the morning comfortably, as for a traveller just came from Athens, that was joyful.2. The receptionist staff are nice, speak multi-language. 3. The location of the hotel is good, easy to reach from airport directly by bus No.1,6,12,etc. 1.The breakfast doesn't match 4-star, not much kinds at all.2.The front room to the street is horribly loud, the first night we couldn't sleep at all, but the next day the staff changed one back-side-one for us and that brought us peace. |

No está lejos del centro de Heraclio El hotel es equivalente a un dos estrellas. La habitación era mala; tenía un olor a cañerías que era insoportable, y el ruido de la calle era ensordecedor, la ducha estaba rota. |

En relación a el resto de hoteles que vimos en la ciudad, este era un hotel bién situado, ya que se encuentra en una zona relativamente tranquila y a unos 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad. En la zona del centro la música de los bares y los vehiculos circulando con la música a todo volumen no dejarian descansar. El personal del hotel es bueno y la comida relativamente variada, cada dia cambian de menú. Las habitaciónes són amplias y bastante aceptables. |
