Superb rooftop restaurant with endless views across HERAKLION BAY. Breakfast on the balcony was superb start to the day. The hotel is 50 yards from Bus Sation B where services leave for the South East of the Island (Matalla; Aghia Gallini; Mires; Kalamaki). Pleasant, clean rooms- the best value in Heaklion for this quality of hotel. |

friendly, helpful staff - good facilities - near to good public transport to city centre - very good room cleaning service. not the fault of the hotel, but traffic noise was a nuisance |

1.The city is quite safe,we walked back to hotel from city centre at 1:30 in the morning comfortably, as for a traveller just came from Athens, that was joyful.2. The receptionist staff are nice, speak multi-language. 3. The location of the hotel is good, easy to reach from airport directly by bus No.1,6,12,etc. 1.The breakfast doesn't match 4-star, not much kinds at all.2.The front room to the street is horribly loud, the first night we couldn't sleep at all, but the next day the staff changed one back-side-one for us and that brought us peace. |

It was like sleeping in the middle of a motorway and the walls were so filmsy I could here the people in the next room breathe. It was impossible to get any sleep plus the toilet ran all night |

The hotel is not cleaned enough. The price is too much high for the services and the position. The hotel is located close to intersection of many streets and there are too much noisy. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. |

The hotel staff was kind. We booked 3 double rooms of the same type and price and the gave us 3 different rooms, which the one was a bed-soffer, and the other had an awful smell. Instead of reasting we end up worst. When we complaned they said that there was nothing they can do. The site said that there where 5 rooms available on the same kind and we booked 3, but thet said that these 3 where the only rooms available. |

The bathroom was nice and clean, hotel is situated very close to the center of Iráklio (about 15 minutes walking) and was not too noisy, although it was near the street! The breakfast room was fantastic! (with a view over Iráklio and to the sea. The room were very stylish and had a nice atmosphere, also with air conditioning. The double bed was very, very smal. It was about 1 meter an 30 centimeters. |
