We transfered to the new Castello Boutique hotel across the road and found the facilities to be excellent. The room was well appointed and spacious and it had a lovely view over the pool and local church. The staff were very helpful and very friendly-we could not fault the way that we were looked after. The meals-which we took in the old Castello Village hotel were very nice-only down side was that the restaurant was very busy and in retrospect we wished that we had opted to eat in the new hotel which looked much quieter. |

The hotel's staff was extremely polite and friendly. Everyone seemed to look for our convenience/service. The breakfast and dinner was really good value. Really good value for money hotel! It is a complete hotel complex in general. Change of the towels more often. The gym area was totally old fashioned and left, needs a renovation and more attention to be paid. Some of the furniture although good quality maybe need a renovation in future. |

The manager was sympathetic. Very loud and noisy place. Rooms facing the pool are unbearable because of the noise.Not recommended if you're looking for any peace and quiet. Dinner was not good. |

Great Hotel in very nice village on the northern coast of Crete. The overwhelming friendlyness of the staff, helpfullness and cleanliness made as wanting to come back next year. The new part of the hotel in the second building has definitely added luxury. A few meters to the east are some fantastic beaches and to rent a car or (better) a scooter is highly recomended. We found the car rental 'smile' appr. 100 m from the hotel best. |
