Location near to shops, however it was noisy as we had to have the windows open due to the heat - no air con as apparently other people had complained it was cold - the temperature in our room was 30 degrees C.

Miserable breakfast room staff. Very hot room it was held in. Things not replenished, then before the allotted time breakfast would be cleared away. No air con despite it being advertised. Noise from nearby bars. No information leaflets available. No details about car hire or excurtions available.

The location near to the centre of the Town is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a bath and shower. It was clean and of generally good quality.

We picked the hotel partly for the location and facilities including the advertised roof garden with its bar. This area was not open and the bar was shut for the time we were there although it could have been used. Although this was early in the season the hotel should make clear what facilities are not available. We wish that the hotel could learn to make a good cup of tea!

The view from our 5th floor room was one of the best I have seen. A combination of sea and castle !

I loved the location over looking the a beautiful little park and a sea view. The room was very large and lots of room for a mom traveling with her three older boys. Wonderful breakfast that was served until 1030! It was so close to Corfu Town and we had 5 days of just joy getting to know the community, shopping, sight seeing and rented a car a few times and drove around the North side of the island. Hotel is only a few miles from the airport and 10 euro trip.

It was like pulling teeth to get the lady at the hotel to give us any information. For example "Do you have a map of the town" and she would say "Yes". &Quot;Can we have a map?" and it was a "Yes, and gave us the map." "Can you point anything out of interest on the map" and then she did. She was always pleasant but never very helpful nor was anyone at the desk. The lobby always smelled of stale smoke

Bedrooms and bathrooms could do with an update.

Its location, helpful 24 hour staff, the size, decoration and comfort of the rooms, the terrific view from the window. Access to ferries to the mainland and access to the airport. All the facilities of the town are no more than a very short walk away.

I would have liked to be able to make a hot drink in the room. A minibar might have been nice in a 4* hotel.

Location, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, attentive staff and the excellent roof terrace serving superb food with outstanding views.

Fantastic view - very close to town and restaurants but far enough away (5 mins walk) to be quiet in evening

What I did not like was that the air conditioning did not function at night, when it was most needed. The temperature in my bedroom rose to 27C. I had not use for air conditining during the day when I was not in the hotel.

Good location, not far from the main streets and POI, easy enough to find a free place at the public parking, clean spacious room, a baby-cot with orthopedis matress, great view to the harbour, good windows so there is no loud from the street

The room was not 30 m2, as it's said in the description, but according to the floor drawing about 20 m2, breakfast is poor and sad but we didn't take care as stayed just for one nigtht, you don't go away hungry

I loved the classic nature of the entire hotel. It has a sense of modernism while maintaining its classical roots. Absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooftop garden is really something to be experienced!

We booked the room for the day to store our luggage as we had a late flight and wanted to spend the day sightseeing in Corfu old town.

Good position in town. Great rooftop restaurant.

Didn't like my friend's booking being cancelled on the day she was due to arrive and that she then got charged a lot for staying in my room for only a few hours

Close to everything, has fast internet access, friendly staff, 2 bottle of water every day (free), and room makeup every day

There was a 24 hour period (including one night) when there were no electricity for the elevator and the water pumps. And the worst was that you could not flush the toilet.

It was an authentic Greek Hotel the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The location ws great, the views fantastic.

The rooms were a little small - but not really an issue. The breakfast waiting staff could have been more helpful as could the waiting staff on the rooftop when we only wanted a drink. Once we decided on dinner they were more friendly and helpful.

This hotel has very good terrace for eating on the roof hotel with beautiful view for Forest and all Kerkyra. The meal tasts very good. The positoin of this hotel is very good for walking to centre of the town.

We had bikes and there is not places for bikes. We hade to do bikes on our room, and the lift is very narrow.Is not so easy to do it every day.

Convenient location, good clean rooms, great views from the terrace restaurant, very convenient for the airport, very helpful front desk re parking.

Rather average breakfast, basin plug in room 33 doesn't close properly.

We only had a very short stay but the Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the view from the roof terrace restaurant was wonderful.

We stayed for one night before catching the Sea taxi to Paxos. Ideal stopover for a comfortable restful night after travelling. Lovely roof top restaurant, excellent service and fantastic views over Corfu town and the sea

The location is fantastic. Our room was very spacious and had amazing sea views. The members of the staff were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast room is very small and when there is a group, it fills up quickly.

Location was fab and the rooftop terrrace had beautiful views to the castle, sea and Corfu town.

Whilst we appreciate old, charming buildings the furniture was rather dated and old fashioned - also very noisy fan every time you switched wc light on. We found it pricey for the furnishings but guess you pay for the location..
