I really liked the way the staff treat guests as they are very friendly , especially the pool staff and bar. The pool in the room is comforting and amazing view. I loved the white inter design of the hotel and loved the pool area, very relaxing with the view of the sea and boats.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Very slow room service. Not so spacious villa for the price. For example, the donkey statue in the room takes up space for nothing. Not so private pool (especially for muslims)

Cavo Tagoo is a unique designe hotel. It was planed with a huge respect of beauty, comfort and authenticity,taking in consideration the lanscape of the hill on which it is located as well as the typical beautiful architecture of Mykonos. Our Suite, number 412 with a wonderful vew to the bay of Chora was amazing.The staf is extremly polite.The breakfast is very generous, colorful and served in a beautiful terasse..... You can really relax in Cavo Tagoo We recommande this hotel....

perfect hotel!!!

Pure Luxury, Book a Hotel room with private Pool and stay for there 2 days.... It is pure Heaven! Beautiful Design, fantastic for Romantic hours.

The Restaurant was Not as exiting as we had expected. Food was okay but Not enthusiastic for the High Price, and the Service was cold as an icecube.

location, rooms and spa are great

the staff is not trained and quite arrogant. the hotel provides a free shuttle to downtown but the staff didn't tell us about it and they were pushing us to rent a car from them. The pool staff was obviously not trained either and wouldn't allow us to run a tab by the pool and were bringing the reciepts after each drink we ordered. Only one guy was very friendly and nice. When we were leaving the hotel and said good-bye the girls at the reception turned their heads away which was very rude!

It would be good if the areas below and across the road from the hotel could be used/connected so the walk along the road to Mykonos would be safer. Possibly stairs to the port area below.

The Architecture deserves a reward . The location is within the old town though quiet and peaceful . The staff is fantastic and deserves an award for best "conciergerie ". .

Some features should be added though among which and most important an access car gate for the hotel.....

Fancy place, very stylish and spectacular view to the harbour. We had a room with private pool to relax and were lucky to get one which was not directly underneath the main pool and restaurant. Breakfast was great but dinner is only offered as japanese restaurant.

Situated about 10 minutes walking distance from the city means walking on the main street with hundreds of busses passing you - we had some dangerous moments on this daily walk. The hotel doesn't provide any kind of free transportation service - which seems to be not ok for a 5-stars- place. The rooms with private pools are partly located in close neighborhood and one floor below to the main pool and the restaurant. This seems to be unacceptable as it can happen that all guests have quite a good overview about what's going on - so you pay for a private pool that isn't one at all.

Honestly, the hotel staff were All very friendly... I would definitely stay there again if i ever visit mykonos.. Only thing is you'll be needing a car or motorbike to commute to town every day, but that's not too bad, it's only 3 mins away. A bit expensive, but worth it.

When we arrived, the staff from Cavo Tagoo gave us a brief introduce about Mykonos. They recommand some beaches, restaurants, things to do....which is very useful for first time trabvelers. They also help to arrange the car rental and ferry tour tickets. The pool area is amazing. Very modern, very comfortable. The breakfast is the best. With so many choices and great seat right next to the pool with ocean view. Cavo Tagoo is excellent. There is nothing we can complaint.

Mi pare che la struttura senta un poco il peso degli anni, anche se la stagione era appena iniziata c'erano alcune imperfezioni di manutenzione

A localização é muito boa, perto do centrinho, o hotel oferece transfer aos hóspedes, demoram 3 minutos de carro e para voltar de taxi ficam 4 euros.O hotel tem uma vista privilegiada, linda! As acomodações em geral são confortáveis, lindas e limpas. A comida no hotel, embora cara, é excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso! Os funcionários oferecem um excelente tratamento aos hóspedes. Ficaríamos neste hotel novamente e indicamos para quem gosta de encontrar com o que é belo e ter conforto. Linda vista para o pôr do sol.

Comidas e drinques caros. A comida japonesa é de excelente qualidade mas o preço é Surreal.

Il rapporto prezzo,qualita è folle.Servizi pessimi.personale non all'altezza.pulizia approssimativa.Piscina non sfruttabile,visto il numero dei lettini disponibili.Camera de lux al costo di 600€ a notte.Non oso immaginare come siano le camere standard.

O hotel tem um serviço de primeira, com spa e restaurante excelente. No quarto que fiquei havia uma piscina individual e fui recebido com champagne e cesta de frutas. Funcionários muito atenciosos e hotel bem localizado, fizeram de tudo para a viagem ser perfeita
