All staff very friendly. Very clean hotel, and very nice. The location is very poor. Located in a very narrow street with almost no lights. Not so close of Victoria Square. You feel scarred walking at night. Its time tu put curtains in the bathrooms, after 5 years !!! |

Great value for the money; new, clean, helpful staff, and all amenities. The location was a little off the beaten path for Athens tourism, but it was handy to the metro/train station and the National Archeological Museum. |

The rooms were very nice. The staff were helpful and available 24 hours. It was conveniently located near the metro station. It did not seem to have restaurants near by but we just took the metro into the main tourist areas. |

This hotel was great for the price. It appears new and is very clean and functional. The room is spacious and confortable. The staff is superior. It is only 2 train stops to the center of the city and Acropolis. We were very pleased with our experience there and would recommend this highly. While the bath was great it would be good to also have a shower. |

Centrotel is modern, comfortable and perfectly clean. Room service quick and friendly and breakfasts fresh and satisfying. All staff helpful, friendly and readily provided information about the locality and the city. It was a pleasure to return to our spacious room at the end of a busy day sightseeing. In warm October weather the walk to the city was interesting, but alternatively the Metro is very nearby. |

Good sized rooms. Pleasant staff. Lots of books to read. Interesting location. Not really set up for breakfast. Though perhaps that could be seen as an advantage. After all there are lots of nice places to go in the surrounding area. |

The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful! Whenever we met any problems they would find solutions for us in the most efficient way. The room is also big and clean, well worth the price! Actually it's not something about the hotel, but i must warn you about the thieves that usually comes up from Omania station. We had our wallet being stolen by a group of 4 thieves and caught one of them and sent her to the police station nearby. All the greek polices there are nice and helpful only except the officer who's taking care of the theft cases on the third floor, with long hair. He is really rude and tough and obviously not wanting to help. So be careful of your personal belongings and avoid meeting that ugly officer! |

The enthusiastic staff, the stylish foyer interior, quietness, the free internet access and laptop provision, spacious stylish room, speedy room service The locality is quite shabby and could be concerning to some travellers. (The hotel is truly a jewel amongst thorns). Definitely not suited to solo female travellers, unless arriving/leaving by taxi |

The hotel was very conveniently located, only a short walk from the main Larissa railway station and the Larissa and Victoria Square Metro stations - which made it easy to get about the city. Our room was very comfortable; the breakfast was excellent; and the staff were extremely helpful in answering our queries about how to get about the city. After some initial hiccups, the Internet connection worked well, as did the TV in our room.. We had been told in advance that the hotel was not in a good location and to avoid going out at night. However we encountered no difficulties whatsoever in this respect. In the evenings, the surrounding district was full of families with children who were out shopping or visiting their friends. We felt quite safe and thoroughly enjoyed our evening walks. |

New, very clean and modern facility. Hotel staff was professional and helpful the hotel is in a very depressed area and there are roving gangs around the nearby train stations, be very careful after dark. Highly recommend using cabs and avoiding nearby mass transit or walking. |

it was a quite comfortable and pleasant stay in the hotel. it located in a very narrow street surrounded with many one-way street, so it was very difficult for us to find the hotel as we were driving. The neibourghood seems not very safe. |

A very clean and trendy hotel. Jet tub in room. The neighborhood may not be the best, but I did not have a problem with going out at night. |

Leo and George at the front desk are top shelf with great assistance with taxi, restaurant recommendations, etc. The room was immaculate and quiet. The lobby was inviting. Good restaurants very near the hotel. Our expectations were high based on reputation of the hotel and these expectations were exceeded. The immediate neighborhood around the hotel has been changed over a few years due to Greek immigration policies. It does not seem dangerous, but it is also not inviting, particularly at night. Walk a few blocks away from the hotel and enjoy Athens at night. |

The hotel was very clean and beautifully decored. Room was large and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was great. You can only use the jacuzzi during limited hours. and the location was a little bit less central for tourists |

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the bathroom was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the room was huge by Athens standards. The location was dicey, and a fellow guest told of an encounter with pickpockets at the nearby Victoria subway station. The staff was all too happy to call us cabs, which we took to and from the hotel's front door - so we were able to work around the neighborhood issues. |
