Clean, modern hotel, close to Metro station and excellent value for money. Secure underground parking.
Not in a tourist area, but that is reflected in the price.
The location, the view, the bed and pillows, the wifi (soo slow), the noise from other rooms
Bathroom with jet bath Location Room size Balcony Cleanliness Good value Room could be heated
Bed was very hard, investment into a mattress topper would be appreciated. The size was good though. Wi-Fi was very sporadic, was basically non existent in the rooms at the end of the corridors.
It is a very good hotel as a 4 stars. Very friendly staff, very clean, big rooms and confortable.
location and parking
Location is good in that it is close to the subway and the National Archeological Museum. There are not a lot of restaurants or shopping which is a plus in that it is not a big tourist area.
The wifi was terrible. Breakfast didn't come with the room but was extra. Most other places we stayed included breakfast. The clerk the first night was not very helpful or friendly but the people after that were very nice.
The location is great, just 10 minutes walk from the Victoria metro station, and the front desk staff were very friendly and patient.
Probably there was a misunderstanding due to the language barrier. I got to the hotel at midnight, probably 2 am, when I asked whether I need to give him my credit card, he said that night was ok. When I checked out , he charged me only one night room rate with my signature on Credit Card Receipt. I thought it was the way I was thinking about that night was free. But when I got back to my country, I got a SMS that it had charged me two nights. I think charging me two nights was reasonable, but why didn't they inform me upon my check-out, and I just signed once on my one night payment.
Parking under the hotel Nice large room Clean.
No restaurant, but Greece needs restaurants. Need a on street Logo, while driving ,with the trees is difficult to find. I noticed the Garage, but entrance is nearly invisible. I had to stay only one short night :-)
Staff were friendly and supportive. The room was clean and low price.
The area was not good. We were told from the beginning not to stay out after 8 p.m. you could even see that at dark the area did not seem safe. Breakfast was not of high quality.
Hotel was new and rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff were fluent in English and took the time to indicate on maps which subway routes to take to the major attractions.
beds were low to the ground and pillows and mattresses were hard.
Stuff good. V quite.
One elevator only. no one for luggage. Far from activities. Dark street's. Out from 35 eruo from airport to limited area.
good helpful staff, new / clean hotel, good value for money as 3-star level for 58 EUR/night when we stayed in October 2014. Very central close to the Victoria underground station ideal to a) visit Athens and b) go to the Piraeus port and airport. Tip for travellers: we did not eat breakfast at the hotel but at the Victoria square 200m away - very good option.
walls a little thin so one night we had a noisy couple and we couple hear everything as if they were in our room, a little bit disappointing.
Liked everything including the location because you encounter very few tourists but Greeks and other ethnicities. Metro close by, shop, cafe's and everything you need. Area is scruffy but no way is it unsafe - quite the reverse. Maybe we're a wierd couple but we also liked the firm beds unlike many other reviewers. Also black out blinds, spa bath and relatively quiet location. All this for a lot less than you'd pay for facilities like these elsewhere.
Nothing not to like.
The hotel is very clean and facilities are good! It is a good place to chose in Athens.
The concierge was not overwhelmingly friendly and I had to schleppe 10 to 12 minutes in a mildly seedy neighborhood from Larissa metro station; not four, as per Google Maps. That being said, once I reached the hotel the facilities were excellent. The building is modern, my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was nice to inject a bit of luxury into my vacation and one would be hard pressed to find accommodations as nice in the U.S. for the rates.
Skip breakfast there if you can help it. The cafeteria room is quite pretty with a neat atrium outside, though the food is lousy.
The room is modern, neat and tidy. I was impressed in the automatic on and off of power using the door key which is very practical and economical. Ceiling light is romantic.
The television could have been upgraded.
We were super impressed with this hotel. It's located in a quiet area outside the centre but easily accessible by metro. It was clean and comfortable and the people at reception were extremely helpful.
The hotel was good value. Staff were helpful. It's a 3 star hotel and we feel it's fairly rated. It is a short walk to Victoria metro.
If this hotel was in tourist area it would be 3x the price. Amazing hotel for price...
Not the nicest location but only 20min walk to everything - just wouldn't walk at night in my own
The hotel is in between 2 stations so there is great transport links into the city centre. The reception looks nice.
The bed was so uncomfortable, and the pillows lumpy. Our view wasn't very nice either. The rooms are very cheap and cheerful.
Approx 300 m walk to metro Victoria station. Is 5 euro taxi ride into monastraki square. There is fantastic little grill that sells souva stick for 1.70 euro and they are delicious!!
Prob the only thing would be the neighborhood which might put people off however we had no issues. Bed was a little hard for my personal preference
Very nice place, very clean. The location is very convenient. We were able to walk to metro and we even walked to the national archeological museum.
The neighborhood is not nice. However we did not feel unsafe if we returned before dark. We did not find a place to eat within walking distance that served good food but there was a nice bakery by the metro.
Good distance to metro, v helpful staff, lovely and clean, good breakfasts.
The beds and pillows were a bit too hard and the walls are very thin, so a lot of noise from the plumbing/neighbours were heard.
bath with spa function. room decorated as five star.
bad isolation, clear noise from other rooms, from up and down stairs. non-smoking room with smoke smell. strange, good facilities but bad comfort
