Chic Hotel  

The Hotel is new and has all the facilities.

It is located 10 on a main street , so it's a little bit noisy.

Hotel was not bad, nice looking and comfortable. Staff was also friendly.

Nothing bad about the hotel except the location of it. Its near the Omonia metro station but that area felt dodgy.

Hotel is on the "infamous" location, 50 meters from Omonia Square in the busy street, so the embarrassment of dirty immigrants does not last long. The Chic Hotel is small but cute, and our room was very clean with a balcony for evening observation. The staff we met were coming out for everything we asked, they even send a postcard for us because the post office was closed for holidays.Very pleasant place to stay. The only drawback is slamming the door of the room, but not at the expense of hotel, but other guests.

Only one problem - after 22:00pm streets around is not safe - it is not safe quarter. But till 22 there is a lot of police around - so it is safe.

The reception staff were very helpful when my partner sprained his ankle. On the morning of Wednesday 4 April the member of staff at reception arranged for us to go to a private hospital to get a check up for him and booked a taxi for us - this was a great relief as my partner was reassured and able to get treatment and pain relievers. In the evening of the same day, the staff member on duty ordered us a takeaway meal, as we couldn't go out and provided a bottle of wine and some glasses for us etc etc. This made all the difference for us and enabled us to really enjoy our holiday in Greece. In general, all the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly during our stay.

Fantastic over the entire line. Some others had complains about the location with a lot of drugaddicts but I haven't had any problem or unsafe feelings.

It's a good designed, clean downtown hotel at Athens. Like it's name it's cheap and chic.

Hotel has a really bad location. It's close to Athens city center but you have to pass some dangerous looking neighborhoods to reach the hotel. Although nothing bad happened it was not easy and to walk to the hotel with luggage.

Perfect for 1 night in Athens prior to leaving on a cruise. Extremely helpful staff! Due to a taxi strike we would have had to take trains to the port with all our luggage. An off duty employee volunteered to come in on a day off & drive us to the ship, this was over & above our expectations and greatly appreciated.

Although the continental breakfast is included this was just ok. If you have the time I would recommend going out and have a true cafe experience in the city and skip breakfast. The hotel is still a great value even if you skip breakfast.

Clean, modern, non-fussy, bright and airy. Very helpful friendly staff.

Going out at night was a little bit daunting. The area is not fantastic.

Very good hotel, comfortable, very good air-conditioning, and provide one free coke and a bottle of water per day.

The receptionists at the hotel are excellent, very friendly and extremely helpfull. They gave us usefull information and directions for touring, eating out and getting around the city. Although it was a small hotel and didn't have many facilities, The breakfast quality was very good, the room was clean and most of all the staff were friendly and efficient.
