The Hotel is new and has all the facilities. It is located 10 on a main street , so it's a little bit noisy.

It's a good designed, clean downtown hotel at Athens. Like it's name it's cheap and chic. Hotel has a really bad location. It's close to Athens city center but you have to pass some dangerous looking neighborhoods to reach the hotel. Although nothing bad happened it was not easy and to walk to the hotel with luggage.

Excellent front desk staff. Modern facilities at an excellent price. WiFi throughout. Close to train station that connects many different lines. The surrounding area omonia is known for having junkies and lots of underhanded activities. It isn't somewhere you'd want to spend a lot of time. But there is a significant police precence there and the train station is only a short walk away. I would be more likely to use a taxi if I was travelling to and from at night too.

I liked everything except the location, though you can find a metro station by walking for 5 minutes. It is situated really close to everything someone wants to see in Athens but there are lots of suspicious people around. On the other hand u cannot really avoid that if u want to stay down town, so compared to other hotels with the same price I would say chic is an excellent choice. And the staff was really polite and helpful.

George,was so kind to collect us from the airport at 3 am! Air Traffic ,andTaxi Strike had left us stranded at the Airport. The Hotel was excellent,clean ,and modern.

A very comfortable hotel, nice room, very clean, although not very spacious. Pleasant breakfast room, good variety of breakfast food. Good value for money. Would use again. Not a very nice location, but very close to metro station so this wasn't a real problem.

Perfect for 1 night in Athens prior to leaving on a cruise. Extremely helpful staff! Due to a taxi strike we would have had to take trains to the port with all our luggage. An off duty employee volunteered to come in on a day off & drive us to the ship, this was over & above our expectations and greatly appreciated. Although the continental breakfast is included this was just ok. If you have the time I would recommend going out and have a true cafe experience in the city and skip breakfast. The hotel is still a great value even if you skip breakfast.

Nice modern rooms. A bit noicy and area outside hotel is not a safe place at night. The Breakfast was served until 10:30 but if you come later than 9:00 you might not get any... Be there earlier a man was told. Not ok!!

The staff were very attentive at our needs. Moreover, they noticed that it's my birthday and made me a present when we checked out. :) Very very nice, never happened to me before! The walls of the rooms were a little bit dirty.

The receptionists at the hotel are excellent, very friendly and extremely helpfull. They gave us usefull information and directions for touring, eating out and getting around the city. Although it was a small hotel and didn't have many facilities, The breakfast quality was very good, the room was clean and most of all the staff were friendly and efficient.
