Chloe Hotel  

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the buffet breakfast. The rooms we had were quite large compared to other European hotels. The architecture and design of the hotel was comfortable and beautiful. We would definitely return to this hotel.

The walk to downtown Castoria takes about 20 minutes, but about a third of it is along the lake. There were mosquitoes after dusk that made the outside patio too hard to use.

i did not like the interior design of the dining area but this is due to my personal taste

Very friendly - atmosfere like at home ...

We were impressed with this Hotel! Although it is situated not in the very center of Kastoria but the rest was Matching the description of the Hotel 100 %! Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly! Breakfast was just beatifull. Highly recommend subject Hotel to everyone who wants to go to Kastoria and stay in Luxury Hotel! Well done to the Owner of the Hotel.

Everything is perfect in tis hotel.The luxury duble room (which I booked) is large, very clean, very comfortable. But the most impressive thing from all these facts is the grace and the amiability of the staff. My special thanks to Margarita, who had a smile for us all the time and who came to my door with some litlle cookies for us. Absolutely perfect.

ΟΙ υπηρεσιες τυ ξενοδοχειου ηταν καταπληκτικες. ΟΙ ανθρωποι του σε εκαναν να νιωσεις παρα πολυ ανετα. επισης ηταν παρα πολυ φιλοξενοι

η διαμονή στο chloe Hotel ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη.ξεκινώντας από την αναπάντεχη αναβάθμιση της κράτησής μας, το εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, την ευγένεια των ιδιοκτητριών ( της κ. μαργαρίτας και της μητέρας της), το υπέροχο πρωινό, (super μαρμελαδα φραουλα και σπανακόπιτα) την καθαριότητα και ανεση του δωματίου μας. μόνο ευχάριστες αναμνησεις από τη διαμονή μας.πάντα τέτοια!!!! κοσμάς - ευγενία μήλος

Η ζεστή υποδοχή απο το προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιόν μαζί με τις σχετικές πληροφορίες για τα αξιοθέατα όσο και η προσωπική φροντίδα της ιδιοκτήτριας κ. Μιμής έκαναν την διαμονή μας στην Καστοριά μία ευχάριστη ανάμνηση. Το ξενοδοχείο πολυτελές, πεντακάθαρο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία εξασφαλίζει στον επισκέπτη άνετη διαμονή.

Το δωμάτιο (superior) ήταν αρκετά μικρό. Το μπάνιο πολύ ευρύχωρο χωρίς όμως κουρτίνα ή καμπίνα στην μπανιέρα. Το μίνι μπάρ διέθετε μόνο αναψυκτικά και νερό. Αυτά όμως δεν έχουν και τόση σημασία για ένα ξενοδοχείο τριών αστέρων με την πολυτέλεια και την κομψότητα που αναλογεί σε τεσσάρων αστέρων.
