Teh pool and the rooms are beutiful. The view of Caldera is amazing, the best view on the whole island, better then in Fira (Imerviglion is at highest point on this side of the island). The staff is very helpful and professional.

Small meals (outside the included breakfast) which are very expensive.

This is the best place we stayed during our 7 countries 23 nights Europe trip and also the best we've ever stayed!!!!! It has: Excellent facilities Unbeatable comfort and luxury and senary Excellent servies Gorment breakfasts eveything is perfection, nothing less.

Excellent staff. Xandis at the reception was excellent in her friendly and helpful service. The breakfast was great.

Champagne breakfast delivered to your own patio, wonderful sunsets... Amazing! And although we had an evening flight, the excellent staff were able to accommodate a very late check-out. Great and friendly customer service!

It is really an amazing hotel! The view is great, the staff are handsome and nice. And the breakfast is fantastic!

Staff was always ready to accommodate every desire and were always very friendly. Food and drinks excellent, the view simply magnificent. Location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to Fira but much calmer. This hotel is all about luxury and relaxation, and you will not be disappointed. Rooms very comfortable and quite big, with a superb bed. Try the sunset wine tasting from the balcony, it's definitely worth it.

if you don't like stairs, it's difficult to get around the hotel as is has many levels (it is built hanging off the cliff)

Pool was too small and not heated to be able to enjoy the view.

Beautiful hotel, breathtaking views and friendly and efficient staff that can't do enough for you. The food was also the best we ate on the island and no more expensive than most of the other caldera view restaurants.

Rooms & bathrooms are poor compared to the night price- facilities not various- we didn't have water for the first day, it's not acceptable when u pay the price we did for 1 night.

Ah what can I say! It's a paradise :) Probably one of the most magical places we ever stayed in.. Our junior suite was outstanding with breathtaking views, the staff was absolutely lovely and helpful in every way.. can't wait to be back! :)

Very friendly staff. Our room was upgraded to Senior Room for some reason which I am not questioning. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The room was cleaned and taken care of twice a day! The infinity pool has a great view. The service was perfect. We stayed 3 nights

A bit far from the center (fira) Actually it is not a big deal as it takes only 15 mins walk. Also it is a good opportunity to enjoy the view while walking to Fira..

Not so sure we Got the executive suite on the booking deal. Felt More like a double room. Never the less it was lovely and comfertable.

The view from the hotel is fascinating. The infinity Pool is great, no need to go to beaches, you can spend the whole day by the pool on the extra large and comfortable sun beds. The suite rooms are very large and you can find very high quality of bathroom materials. The staff is so helpfull and smiling. Breakfast is very rich and the foods are delicious.

Be carefull with the marble floor of the rooms. When it gets wet, it is very slippery.

Absolutely wonderful. The Chromata staff treat you as if you are royalty. Every single one of them gives personal service. The hotel is spotless, breakfast is delivered to your room or balcony so one can enjoy in relative privacy - what a great idea. Really cannot fault this hotel other than the pool was really cold and I think as this is luxury class hotel the pool could be heated slighty to take the 'freezing element' from it.
