Chrysoula Hotel  

fantastically friendly hotel. family owned and it shows, nothing is too much trouble. we were there for a family wedding and Poppy from the hotel joined us for the ceremony. there are people, including family memberd who have been going back to this hotel for over a decade annually!

It was the best vacation at last 10 years! We are planing to come back next year with our grandsons. The TV is didn't work and we are liked it , but next time...

The meal at the hotel buffet was too salty on our taste.

The Chrysoula was an excellent hotel set on the outskirts of the resort of Kefalos and surrounded by olive trees. The rooms were of a good standard and were cleaned every day except Sunday. The cleaners were excellent and when we had young children asleep in our room during the afternoon they would do what we asked. The swimming pool here is absolutely fantastic. It was a large rectangular pool and was spotlessly clean, had enough sunbeds for everyone and the chlorine levels were just right. The pool bar served very good food with Grandma's beautiful chips on offer. Some dishes such as chicken fillet, Souvlaki and Steak etc were only €5 which came with a small Greek salad on the side and Grandma's chips. There were guests from across Europe here - but mostly from the UK and Italy. A number of the guests had been here before which saids something. The hotel was within a 100m of a number of taverna's although being on the edge of the resort it was quite a distance too some. Definitely recommed Antionio's on the beach, Hippocrates and Kastri taverna. The dolphin rock bar is also about a 100m from the hotel which is a nice place to have a relaxing drink before or after dinner. The beach is 5 mins walk away and is a mixture of sand and shingle. Tip - head down to the left near the ancient ruins of Agios Stefanos where the beach is a nicer sand. Also have a swim out to Kastri Island and ring the church bell. Jim's supermarket is just across the road from the apartments and Jim & Anthoula are the nicest couple you will come across in Greece. Spoke immaculate English (and other languages) and were so generous giving the kids Lolly's when they went in. Finally, the hotel is run by Chrysoula, Poppy, Nick and the family. They are excellent hosts and are happy to sit and chat with you when they are not so busy. Would definitely return in the future when we've explored more of the Greek Islands.

With car so many things to see, great countryside, many beaches and places to visit.

You need to pay for Air Conditioner. This will sound silly but we got a room with sink, cooker, microwave etc. to cook, but there was no sponge to wash dishes. :-)

I arrived at Chrysoula in June, planning to stay only a week, but I extended my booking for other two weeks, since I feelt at home in this nice hotel. I had a full furnished flat (also mosquito net at the windows), with kitchen facilities; the beach was really next to the hotel and beatiful (just in front of Kastri island), the pool - among a garden - allowed us to keep the kids calm when we didn't want to go to the beach or explore the island. The Chrysoula staff (Popi and her family) deserves a special mention for their kindness. During my stay, I happend to look at other accomodations, in the same part of Kos island, but I didn't find anything that could offer similar services at the same level of price. I strongly recommand this place.

Lo studios era ben distriubuito

Quando passavano le signore della pulizia entravano anche se eri in bagno. I materassi erano molto duri. Per tutto il resto è perfetto.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per chi non vuole affittare un mezzo per gli spostamenti in quanto è a pochi metri dal mare e dalla fermata dell'autobus che porta in tutta l'isola.le camere vengono pulite ogni giorno e il personale è gentile.ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Sicuramente la tranquillita' del hothel ,la gentilezza dello STAFFche parla italiano , anche il mangiare tradizionale buono e abbondante. Meraviglioso il periodo di settembre x clima e poca gente. La zona ideale x un vero relax !

Gli appartamenti sono ben disposti e la zona piscina e bar/tavola calda è molto piacevole e rilassante.La piscina è stata molto apprezzata dai bambini oltre ai gatti. L'hotel è situato vicino all' isoletta caratteristica di Kefalos che offre spiagge bellissime e tranquille. Il personale è sempre attento ad ogni esigenza soprattutto dei bambini. Si può pagare con la carta di credito.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, si trova vicino ad una delle più suggestive spiagge di Kos. Staff gentile, disponibile e mini- appartamenti spaziosi e ben arredati. Piscina grande circondata da un bel giardino. Possibilità di mangiare e far colazione sul posto a prezzi contenutissimi.

Nulla in particolare, solo un giorno non è stata rifatta la camera, ma penso sia stato solo un disguido con la signora addetta alle pulizie.

Non-stop pool-liv; man kan holde en hel ferie uden at skulle bevæge sig særligt langt væk fra hotellet, hvis det er det man vil... Free wifi! Stor pool!

Luogo tranquillo fuori dal caos del traffico, vicino al mare, supermarket e noleggio auto. Ottimo solarium e piscina. Studios spaziosi e sempre puliti.

posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle dell'isola, struttura semplice ma ben curata, vicina a ristoranti e minimarket, si può affittare auto/scooter ecc. al vicino rent Manolis, la pulizia dell'appartamento è quotidiana.

se la doccia avesse avuto il box anziché la tenda impermeabile sarebbe stata perfetta!

struttura semplice ma molto accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti in famiglia ed erano tutti gentili e disponibili per le nostre esigenze. L'hotel è in una posizione ottima perchè si trova sulla spiaggia più bella dell'isola e vicino ad altre servizi utili. Da ritornare!!

La pulizia delle camere andava fatta un pò meglio ma il resto superava tutto

Ideaal voor wie van rust houdt. Mooi strand op wandelafstand en enkele leuke restaurantjes, eveneens op het strand gelegen. Vlakbij agios stefanos. Groot zwembad en vriendelijke eigenaars.

ottima posizione, a due passi dal mare. Immerso nel verde con piscina di piccole dimensioni per rinfrescarsi se non si va in spiaggia.
