City Center Hotel

Huoneen siisteydestä pidettiin hyvää huolta. Kunnollinen siivous päivittäin. Henkilökunta miellyttävä, ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Loistava sijainti.

Hotelli on ihan keskustassa, pääkadun varrella. Kesällä liikenteen melu on kova, joka saattaa häiritä.

Hotelli sijaitsee kahden suht. vilkaan kadun risteyksessä ja siitä johtuva melu häiritsi jonkin verran.

Location was very convenient. The price was reasonable for a central located hotel during high season (65 euros/day), but this is the maximum amount I think someone should pay for it.Air-condition worked perfectly and resulted in a very cool atmosphere.

Breakfast run out after 9.30 and was never refilled. Staff was trying hard, but in the morning it was severely understaffed – one person for cleaning, refilling and gathering dirty dishes. As a result, we managed to eat breakfast only 1 day out of 4 – don’t pay the ridiculous price of 12 euro. The noise was an issue, because our room (105) was just above one of the main entry points of the city. The refrigerator was broken on the outside (no problem there) and was giving a terrible noise – we had to unplug it to get some sleep. Even though the water pressure was very good, the toilet was taking too long to refill (more than 10 minutes) and was extremely annoying. The broken tiles, even though not nice, doesn’t cause any real problem.

Big nice rooms! Helpful stuff! Nice breakfast!

The location, the excellent staff who really seem to care about your wellbeing and comfort and the good adjacent resteraunt where you get discount.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in it was very clean and modern, with all the facilities you could want. The staff were friendly. We had a fourth-floor room and had distant see views from the balcony to the west and north. Parking was free outside the hotel, you can find free spaces close by. The WI-FI access was particularly useful as it was very fast and free. Recommended and we will come back again

Very friendly and quick reception.We arrived very early in the morning and our room wasn't ready but they gave us another room rather small I could say(not superior double bed!).The breakfast was ok (but cold sometimes) and there is a very beautiful beach very close to the hotel.Good location.They are trying for the best but there is not enough!

The telephone wasn't working and the bathroom was locked from inside by accident but they fixed it really quickly.The breakfast was cold sometimes.They should do sometthing with the noise from the street.We ordered coffes from the room service and never came.

Hardly 3 star. 2 @ best. Budget hotel. White wash on walls rubs off on clothes, the rooms although clean need repair. We had 2 rooms, one had no phone as there was some problem, had a broken toilet seat which cut into my daughters thigh. Family with 2 rooms and they had us on seperate floors. Not at all what I expected from a so called 3 star hotel. Staff were helpful and location was good. They are the only positive comments I have. Not for families.

This booking was made by me on behalf of my son and daughter-in-law from Australia, tr and jj Bullock. The lady at Reception, Maria, was very helpful in finding us a suitable room as initally there wasn't an appropriate one available.

We spent the first night in a sub-standard room. a double room wasn't available so we had to sleep on two single beds pushed together. The shower hose bracket was broken and wasn't at all useful. The second arranged room faired better but we really wanted a fixed shower head. a variance in the breakfast buffet would have been good too.
