The City Hotel  

Very good location! Right in the center, from the airport you don't need a taxi, just take the bus #78 it stops 30 meters from the hotel and it costs €0,80!!! Nice clean hotel, breakfast ok.

Definitely not a **** hotel! Rooms are poor, air condition sounds like an plane engine, but bathroom is nice. Kibg size double beds are two separated beds that slides apart. There is no spa, whirpool, sauna etc. massage in the hamam is the only thing you can have for extra money. Still recommend if you find a good offer, location saves money and time! Restaurants and shops and the huge market are directly at the hotel, no need for taxi!

The hotel staff was wonderful. We were visiting for a doctor's visit for our infant and they were so helpful in setting up a baby cot and helping with our luggage. The room was comfortable and spacious enough to hold the baby cot close to our bed. There was also a separate room with a fold- out couch and desk.

It was truly in the city centre, next to almost everything! Can also be reached easily by means of transport. Breakfast was also very good and offered a variety of food to choose from. Finally, I had originally booked a single room but changed it the last minute to double which I paid at the same rate. Staff, quite polite and helpful.

Room was not very spacious (I assume because it was a 'standard' type). We had a malfunction of the toilet flush during our first evening and had to wait for next morning (staff however, suggested that we changed room as soon as we reported the incindent but we chose to keep the room).

People made my room tidy everyday, and we spent the days happy. And the location is near from market and glossary store. So we satisfied at all, and if we come back the city, we will stay there again.

one of the lifts were out of order. So we couldn't use the one for 3days. And the internet service often cut in the room. The menu of the breakfast was not changed for 6 days at all.

When we had a problem that had nothing to do with them the help us resolved it. Excellent location, Very helpful personnel. I found the perfect hotel for my future trip to Thesaloniki.

The location is fantastic , smack in the middle of the city! Still, the rooms were excellently sound proof, giving us a good night sleep after long days of sight seeing!

Situated in the centre of the city, very helpfull staff, answers quickly and efficiently to all requests.

I found it a bit expensive for the quality of rooms. 95E for a single room is not a "good" price.

η τοποθεσία είναι καταπληκτική για βόλτα στη πόλη! το προσωπικό ήταν αρκετά εξυπηρετικό και το πρόγευμα ήταν σχετικά ικανοποιητικό. είχε πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση. η σχέση τιμής και ποιότητας είναι πολύ καλή και θα το συνιστούσα σε κάποιο που θέλει να μείνει κάπου κεντρικά.

Yηρεσίες spa. Καλό πρωινό. Ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Τα πίσω δωμάτια (τουλάχιστον του 1ου ορόφου) είναι σκοτεινά και μικρά σαν κουτιά. Ειδικά το 101 είναι ακατάλληλο (παντελής έλλειψη φυσικού φωτισμού και πολύ μικρό) και θα έπρεπε η υποδοχή να ενημερώνει σχετικά με την ιδιαιτερότητά του.

Η τοποθεσία του.

Και τα δυο ασανσέρ ήταν χάλια. Καποιες φορες χρειάστηκε να περιμένουμε μέχρι και 10' για να ανέβουμε στο δωμάτιο. Επίσης, ενώ πληρώσαμε για valet parking και ενώ πήραμε τηλέφωνο μισή ώρα πριν φύγουμε για να μας φέρουν το αυτοκίνητο, πήγαμε με τα πόδια μέχρι το γκαράζ γιατί ο παρκαδορος μας είπε ότι θα έπρεπε να κάνει ολόκληρο κύκλο μέσα στην κίνηση και απο ευγένεια συμφωνήσαμε. Αυτό το ξενοδοχείο είναι τριων αστέρων, όχι τεσσάρων. Δεν θα ξαναμεινουμε εκει.
