Location is great. Lobby bar and Reception are renovated and look nice. Staff on Reception desk was very polite. The room we stayed in was too small and furniture was quite old. The staff in the restaurant hustles the guests in the morning, constantly reminds that breakfast buffet closes at 10.30. |

Great location in a primarily shopping area. Just a block away from the sea line and few hundred meters away from the park and the fish market. The main shopping street in Thessaloniki lays just around the corner. Small, but clean family room. Noisy at nights from the street below (but you get that if you opt for such a location). |

Friendly staff,very nice location for shopping,night life,walks on the sea side,great view walking to the White Towel which is very near the hotel . I did not like the fitted carpets on the floor, and the fact that we stayed at the 7th floor, and it feld a little bit dangerous for the kids. |

Convenient location and staff hospitability were very very good. The room was much smaller than expected. The carpet in the room was very dirty. The toilet was not clean up to the 4 star hotel either. |

room was nice cards that open the door do not work. anytime that we wanted to open the door ther was a problem and we had to go to the reception to change the card. |

Not much. The location. We had asked twin beds yet ended up with a double bed and being told we hadn't (thankfully I had a print-out of my request). There was only one bedside table and lamp and yellow lampshades made light in the room even more tiring. |

central location it is not 4 star hotel, breakfast was poor serving bread 3 days old, awful juice, no fruit yoghurts, I mean basics for a breakfast. Bathroom is so small that I could hardly move. It has only nice reception. There was noisy outside, but it's ok when you're in the center. |

Location Lot of street noise all night cause of poor windows isolation. Overpriced .Far from 4* comfort. Booked suite for 2. Accomodated double room at rate of suite. |
