Cancellation
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel is perfect!!! The location at its best! The view was magnificant - when we opened our window we could see the ocean - what's not to like. The staff was superb - especially "jj" who carried our lugguage...Santorini is paradise on earth and staying at the Cliff Side Suites made it even more magic!!! |

Great location, porter carried our bags to and from our rooms, so we didn't have to struggle on the steps! Staff were helpful and did I mention the location, best view we found!!! Would stay again. The room had a little musty smell, there was a humidifier but it got full through the night and switched off. |

The man at the front desk when we arrived was great, however, the woman the next morning, was not as helpful - very matter of fact, not warm at all. The sheets were very scratchy, the bed was hard, the shower didn't have a place to put the sprayer, so you had to hold it the whole time. It was very expensive for what we got, but that could be because Santorini as a whole is an expensive place to visit. The room was a good size though. Only english channel on tv was cnn. |

Can´t say enough good things about the staff, especially Panyoris. He acted essentially as the perfect consierge. Ambience, location, friendliness stand out. |

Cliff Side Suites has excellent view, you will see the beautiful sunset every day. This is great suite for honeymoon. Very quiet location. Their breakfast is also good with friendly stuffs. The suite outlook/design is very impressive. |

Den flotte beliggenheten med solnedgangen, frukost ute ved poolen, veldig bra informasjon frå resepsjonist vedk. gode eteplassar i Fira og Oia bl.anna. Flott og stor eigen terrase utanfor rommet/grotta ! Litt variasjon til frukost og det burde komme minibank i Firostefani ! |
