Be prepared to walk up and down many steps. You should be fairly good condition and have good physical strength. Even though it is this way, the view and hotel is worth it.

very good location, marco at reception was extremely helpful, and the staff at the pool was very helpful, the location was just a few minutes walk along the caldera to fira, so you are out of the noise and hustle and yet only so close, there was a great restaurant that we ate at called mama something, the hotel knows its on the way to fira you will walk past it, great to watch sunset from, hotel was very clean and comfortable, athough like a cave house, it still have windows and light, although my husband would have preferred a conventional hotel, i thought it was cool. Marco gave us a list of things to do, tours etc if we wanted, told us where to go etc, very helpful.

i cant fault the hotel, and marco was not on duty in the morn ning, but i got annoyed after specifically asking for a wake up call we had a plane to catch, and no one woke us up, we were running for that plane, caught it though, otherwise all hell would have broke loose.lucky for us i woke up 45 mins later, so take an alarm. I will set my alarm in future.

The hotel is perfect!!! The location at its best! The view was magnificant - when we opened our window we could see the ocean - what's not to like. The staff was superb - especially "jj" who carried our lugguage...Santorini is paradise on earth and staying at the Cliff Side Suites made it even more magic!!!

Great location, porter carried our bags to and from our rooms, so we didn't have to struggle on the steps! Staff were helpful and did I mention the location, best view we found!!! Would stay again.

The room had a little musty smell, there was a humidifier but it got full through the night and switched off.

Can´t say enough good things about the staff, especially Panyoris. He acted essentially as the perfect consierge. Ambience, location, friendliness stand out.

Πολυ ομορφο ξενοδοχειο στα χρωματα τοθυ νησιου ,με υπεροχη θεα στο ηφαιστειο και το ηλιοβασιλεμα,αναμεσα σε ταβερνακια και καφετεριες.φιλικοτατο προσωπικο,μας βοηθησαν στη μεταφορα των αποσκευων και ηταν πολυ κοντα στα Φηρα.Νομιζω οτι ηταν η τελεια επιλογη για τη διαμονη μασ στη Σαντορινη!

Situation extraordinaire, vue superbe !, design des chambres amusant. Personnel charmant et efficace

Le WiFi annoncé gratuit, était Payant ! et en plus ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres ! Hôtel fermé pendant l'hiver, gros problèmes de maintenance à la réouverture, nous en avons fait les frais, les wc ont refoulé inondant la chambre et la terrasse !

Localização não esta de acordo com o informado nos mapas, mais longe do centro do que indica.
