This was a dream destination. Cliff side was the perfect place to enjoy breathtaking views of the sunset and the Caldera. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Excellent breakfast was served by the poolside each morning overlooking the stunning Aegean Sea. It was an easy 10 walk into the town of Fira, which is full of shops, cafes and restaurants. Can't wait to return. . Pool was smaller than expected.

The sea view and the fact that it was very quiet. The swimming pool was not what was shown in the internet pictures.

Hotel stuffs are gentle and understanding; the are willing to help you to accostume to the local lifestyle and solve problems for you. The swimming pool and massage pool are crystal clair where you can embrace the wonderful views of Aegean sea, the volcano, cliffs and coastline. I love this hotel very much and highly recommend it to you.

The service was absolutely fantastic and the rooms and the views were absolutely like a dream....I Would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone and would love to stay again.

Location, installations and Caldera's view Personal staff, woman of the reception was unfriendly and not helpfully at all. Not fresh fruit in breakfast buffet... Only artificial orange juice!!!!

The view, uniqueness, central to the area, easy access to air and port. View super. Uneven floor and low arches. Beginning of the season so all amenities not there, but staff very avoiding.

Personnel agréable et disponible. Tres bien situé a proximité des restaurants et lieux de vie. Accès possible a pieds a Fira avec vue imprenable. Petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié, pas de fruits par exemple. Des bains de soleil sur les terrasses seraient un plus apprecaible

Al nostro arrivo la stanza non era disponibile e siamo stati trasferiti ad un altro hotel per poi essere ritrasferiti il giorno dopo....non moltop corretto
